I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . “Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager, Michael, is an absolute machine. While waiting in line, I watched him personally call a delivery driver who, possibly, had an important package for the man in front of me. Michael then coordinated for the two to meet ASAP to hand deliver the package. He, then, did the same thing for me after my package wasn't found at the location. I walked home, and the USPS delivery guys were waiting for me, package in hand. Phenomenal job.”

“In the 6 years that I have lived in Morrison, we have only had 2 mail mishaps. Both issues were resolved with in an hour. My most recent issue today was even resolved outside of normal business hours. The gentleman called me back and I had my package in hand by 5:47pm. Thank you for all you do to get our mail delivered!”
“The staff at this location was amazing. We came in for 6 new passports and we were not prepared with the right paperwork. Debbie and her team went out of their way to make sure all was right. “I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”
“Pleasantly surprised! This is my local post office, middle of downtown was hesitant, especially with reviews. 3 postal workers behind the counters, ALL happy, good music on, fully stocked packaging material area. It took me about 5 minutes to package and label my box, about 6 people came and were serviced in that time. When I walked to the counter, I was instantly greeted and helped. For shipping, I HIGHLY suggest this location if you are near.”
“I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”
“The clerks were so kind, helpful and patient. I was there at 2:45 PM and there was no line or just a couple people over the course of 15 minutes. I know that can vary, but it was excellent.”

“One of my favorite post offices. Theres one guy there that is full of personality and is a joy to see. When my PO box wouldn't renew on like despite multiple attempts, the post office cancelled my box. He helped me get the exact same one back right away. He even helped me with some packages that got put in a locker.”
“I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.”

“The people at this post office are so nice and helpful. Phil was awesome—he helped me ship an international package and he even cut the box for me to make sure it was the correct size and then taped it up and everything. He was super thorough and knew his stuff!! Going to the post office can be a headache but this place was so friendly, I really appreciated it!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.”

“This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?”
“the reviews on this place had me terrified to try it (we just moved to this side of town)...but i walked right in, waited 30 seconds for the lady in front of me, spent another maybe minute on my order of a roll of postcard stamps and was on my way. Magnolia was super sweet.”
“I believe that USPS Ground Advantage™ is the cheapest way to send two individual shirts tracked and insured. I bought the envelopes I sent them in on site. Tammy was very helpful by explaining the different options available.”
“First of all this is not the main USPS office! It’s on the next street on Marion! I’m sure gps got you confused as it did with me! The main USPS office is on Marion or google Park ave Tacos and it’s next to it!The lady who work there so as the Supervisor I think his name is Paul are super amazing and helpful! They have always been super kind and helpful, move the line quickly, and get me what I need (even when I have a long list of packages). In particular, David, Isaiah and Jaime have been great.”
“I haven’t received any of my mail and I’ve lived at the same address for 5 months now. The mail person keeps taking my name off my mailbox and returning everything to sender. Edit: Originally gave them one star but I finally talked to someone and they found my most recent packages and got the issue fixed and my packages delivered to my mailbox the same day. I really wish I got the girls name that I talked to because she was amazing! Thanks!”
