Thought of sharing my very positive experience.
Jay is not only an expert technician, also is very considerate towards the needs of a disabled person/family. We went there to get an EZLock installed, and he helped not only to install it, but to make sure it does not shake/move especially when we apply the brakes. It is very important to give attention to details (some people may disregard those, thinking that they are very minor). But from a family perspective, those are very important as they give peace of mind. Jay - Thank you so much for your (and your team) help. Max was very helpful to give me the best estimate in the town. Thanks Max. I also want to thank Terry the manager who helped me to reschedule the event as the initial appointment did not work well, and also maintain such a good crew of people.

Robert was very kind, patient, and helpful with our recent car purchase! We were given a fair trade value for our trade-in, and negotiations went smooth. It took only a few days for our car to arrive from Kansas City, and the buying process was quick and painless. We are so happy with our new wheelchair SUV! (Yes, I’m ecstatic to have something other than a van for the first time in a long time! lol)

The service department is outstanding! John, (service manager) has been taking care of my family's multiple wheelchair and scooter lifts and ramp vans for many years. Whether it turns out to be a major or minor malfunction, John doesn't take advantage or "upsell" people. He is honest and I trust him and his team at United Access. I recommend them highly to anyone in need of this specialized service!

I love United Access at Wheat Ridge! All the staff are the best, especially Jay, John and Terry in service. I use a power wheelchair and have been traveling around the country with another friend who uses a power wheelchair. We've been camping out for 4 weeks so far and put over 5,000 miles on my Honda Odyssey minivan with infloor ramp. We went from Virginia to San Diego to the Redwoods and as we were coming back east through the Rockies in Colorad, the brakes started shaking the whole van horribly. Before that, the ramp stopped coming out, the sure deploy didn't work, and the transfer seat wouldn't move forward. We landed near Wheat Ridge and United Access fixed everything that very day!! Jay made it all happen. Thank you United Access!!!

I love United Access in Wheatridge, we've had three Braunability Vans, all Toyotas with fold out ramps. My wife, the primary user, has felt respected and heard, they even went so far as to help us with a used van we bought elsewhere, that's what brought us back for #3. What a crew!

I'm a disables vet. United access installed a hitch and lift for a VA provided scooter. The work was professional and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was explained very well as far as how to operate everything. I'm very impressed.

From Robert and Terry in sales to Randy the mechanic… GREAT JOB! I’ve dealt with a different United Access in the past, but Randy knocked it out the park! I have several mods and everything is tucked away and VERY clean looking! The other UA did ok but night and day difference with the quality here!! VERY SATISFIED!! Thanks United Access for everything y’all do and a HUGE THANK YOU for giving my freedom back!

United Access really comes through. They found the perfect van the first day. It was in another state and the transfer fee was not only reasonable, they paid half the fee for me! The van was so clean it looked picture perfect. The service department checked it out to make site it was in good shape. Robert answered every question, brought the van to my house so I could look it over, and then delivered to my house when we decided to purchase it. Great company!!

I came into an immediate need for a wheelchair accessible van as my disabled brother in law needed to move in to our house within the month. Robert Leon went above and beyond to help us out and get us into a vehicle as quick as possible to be ready for the move in date. He answered every question, made sure that we got the best deal on the van we purchased and even helped us find a buyer for our trade in vehicle which was higher value than I had found elsewhere. This gentleman is more than just about selling a vehicle, He made sure that we had everything we needed to give my brother and I the independence that comes with mobility. I can’t thank him enough and I would recommend him to anyone. If you need a ADA accessible vehicle, he is the one only guy you need

I had a floor seat belt receptacle on a short belt that needed replaced on my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Luckily they had an extra old replacement receptacle on a rod instead of the belt. Now I won't run over it. When I need a new van, I'll go there first. Very friendly and professional.
