Terrible integration with Quickbooks. Twice as much work to do the accounting if you use Omnique. Would not recommend at all, especially if you use quickbooks for accounting.

Easy system to use and the BEST customer support ever ! If I have a question or need assistance, Angela is always available to help me at that moment. Having many questions she is always available to help me understand and walks me thru every step. Customer Support is very important to me and they do have the best. Thank you Angela, you’re Awesome. Keep the great work ! I highly recommend Omnique.

Absolutely top notch! been using Omnique for 9 years and they have always been on the cutting edge, never content and always making improvements. I don't remember them ever having down time and are they have been continually ready to lend a hand whether its training or upgrades. Couldn't be happier with the service and support!!! Great value for any shop

.I was not satisfied in the past due to a very rude employee. Dylan took the time and went through the steps to train me on the software. He is the first person that has done that since we have been with the company for years. I am now getting the full benefit of the program. Make sure you ask about training in advance and make sure you have someone that tries to help you with getting started. Dylan is awesome!!!!!!

I have been trying out for omnique a few weeks. So far love how quick it is to create a work estimate. Another step up is having a time clock for employees. Definitely a step up from my last auto shop management software.

Dylan Berichon is the best at Omnique. Very informal, supportive, and wise when it comes to Omnique. Anytime there are any issues we are experiencing my go to is Dylan. Not only will he explain to me on how to fix the issue, but he will also show me the hows and whys to what I just learned. Keep up the great work! Omnique is very lucky to have you as an employee.
