John Lee at Foundation KIA was very informative and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me other cars on the lot, explained all the features in each car and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I would highly recommend him to people!

Overall the service completed was good. We dropped the car off for three weeks while in Europe and were promised to have all the services completed when we return. We needed it ac fixed, they told me it was fixed with a hose change. When I asked about whether the car would be ready on my arrival and when I need to make a payment, they informed me actually I need a new AC compressor costing $900. I approved this and a few days before I returned home, they informed me that they never ordered the part and it wouldn't arrive in time. Unfortunately, I had to pick up the car without the AC fixed and having already paid for the part. I returned to the dealer 2 weeks later and they were great and got it done, but it was a huge inconvenience for me having to drive 2 hours round trip to the dealership and miss work. Not sure i'd return.

I had an early appointment; and was greeted by Abraham who was very welcoming and helpful! He was able to get me a Lyft to where I needed to go.
I went in with a check engine light as well as my oil light. My car was ready after 2 hours; I was expecting at least 3 hours because of my previous experience with Big O Tires.
The technician who worked on my car (Dan C.) found a hose that was punctured (caused by Big O) which caused the evaporative system to see a leak after the solenoid; causing the codes I was seeing on my dashboard.
So thankful I chose to go to Foundation Kia! They have gained my trust and I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Avoid this Kia dealership! I purchased a Kia Sportage back in September of 2023 and I did not get my title for the car until April 2024 because this dealership messed up the title. 7 months is absolutely unacceptable for a dealership to provide a title to a customer. It was also especially upsetting because my car was stolen in January 2024 and declared a total loss. However, since Kia did not provide me with my title, I could not provide a title to insurance for 5 months. It took many communications to this dealership (including the finance manger and the title clerk) to finally get in touch with the general manager who honestly did not seem to care about my situation. I was also told this happened with a few other titles of other customers. So I say this as a warning to avoid this dealership as not only did they take 7 months to provide me with the car title, but they showed no consideration or respect for me as a customer!

Your team members are great! I typically work with Jeff in the service dept, and he is always welcoming and helpful. I worked with Joseph Figueroa as my salesperson, and I still hadn't received an item that was supposed to come with the car. It was made right today. TY for always providing excellent customer service.

Kia foundation is by far my favorite location to get my car serviced! Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Joseph for taking such great care of me & being very communicative & ensuring I got out of there in a timely manner!!
Jason the manager was also very kind and accommodating to me as well! They both definitely did an amazing job at customer service and making me feel very valued as a customer!

John, and the guys at Foundation Kia were awesome!! You can go to some of the bigger name dealerships, have fun waiting around all day!! Friendly service, they treat you like family, and have way better selection of cars. In and out no hassle the whole process was great!

Don't get "LoJacked". This dealer installs a useless LoJack device (3rd party GPS/Cellular tracker) in every single vehicle they sell. They'll try to charge you $800 for it at the signing table disguised under a vanilla name like the “Colorado Package”. It’s worth $30 on eBay. They’ll also tell you it can't be removed, which is completely false. But wait, there's more! A lot more...
The Kia Connect app that comes free with new Kias already does everything LoJack can do. Kia Connect can track a stolen vehicle, show your car's GPS location live, send alerts based on vehicle speed, show all your previous trips on a map, call roadside assistance, and engage a valet mode. What more tracking do you need?
The real kicker. After bringing home my brand new EV9, I had a look under the dash. This supposedly non-removable, anti-theft LoJack device was right there in plain sight…attached with two flimsy power wires, and VELCRO. Dude, velcro. Any thief with two brain cells is going to find this thing immediately, tear it out, and toss it aside.
Beyond that, they’ve modified your brand new vehicle’s electrical wiring, and the device isn’t covered by Kia’s warranty. The contract you're pressured to sign says LoJack’s damage liability is limited to fifty dollars. So, if (when?) this thing malfunctions and destroys your electronics, kills your battery at the worst possible time, or catches on fire you’ll get absolutely nothing.
Also, your data is constantly being shared with a 3rd party through a mysterious device that’s always connected to the internet (your location, name, address, VIN, driving habits, braking activity, vehicle speeds, routes, etc.). What happens when the system is hacked? What happens when they sell all the data to your insurance company? What happens when it fails and kills your car five years from now? What happens when you sell the car but your identity is still attached to the device? What happens when a creepy employee always knows where your car is, and all the places it's ever been? What happens when LoJack goes out of business, again, since it’s happened before? What a mess.
We’re in Colorado. If you need to upsell, offer customers upgrades like trailer hitches, bike racks, top boxes, tinted windows, and paint protection films. Garbage like this absolutely destroys customer trust. New Kias, especially the EV6 and EV9, are truly outstanding cars. Some of the best the world has ever seen. You’re selling to sophisticated customers. You're also competing against sales and delivery experiences from innovative companies like Tesla and Rivian that don't pull this stuff. Wake up.

Yes, I was 6 hours late to my 9:30 am service appointment due to the closure of I-70. It was no problem for the service staff. Joseph got me right in. The regular service and a small recall issue were handled quickly and professionally. And my car was returned to me washed and ready to go. I am a very happy customer and recommend Foundation Kia enthusiastically.

Very willing to work with me to find a solution to my car and they helped me with a loaner which was very nice. They reviewed the work, what could be done in the future and their willingness to go above and beyond for any future needs.
