“Our first choice of processor was closed the day we got our buck. We brought in a liver-shot mule deer that I for sure expected to be tainted because of our inexperience with field dressing, but they managed to process it perfectly. Just had some of the tenderloin steaks and they were amazing. They could use some better communication and time management improvements but overall I'm happy with the service.”

“John knows how to make some amazing sandwiches and how to keep a clean restaurant. Thanks for many great years of delicious food. I have never had a more delicious sandwich than I can get here, and I will always return for a Super or a French Dip or a Pulled Pork with extra BBQ sauce and struggle to pick the one I want to get that day. 99/100 I would drive 100 miles to get this food with the care and fresh ingredients here.
