If I could give a zero I would. Liberty Tax is a scam and absolutely not helpful or nice. Had an appointment scheduled at 11. Was never able to be seen due to the listing scheduling me for multiple shops and no one was helpful in figuring out who I was actually supposed to see. Definitely not giving someone my taxes if they can’t even keep their online forum organized. DONT DO IT!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time here! Terrible customer service! They are not forthcoming about costs, are unknowledgeable and unhelpful and will blame you for not knowing what is needed. My husband mistakenly sought the help from these miserable and unprofessional women. After his return was denied he simply asked for a refund since the services he paid for were no good. They explained he would have to bring back the copied documents for a refund, and when he did they still refused to provide a refund. They threatened to call the police and would not provide their names. They followed my husband outside, berated and and cussed him out as well as me (I was only sitting in the car).

These liberty tax place I thought was going to be Good like the one by Sloan's lake and they were not it's family owned the mother was nice the daughter was very very rude and kept telling us she couldn't answer any of our tax information I will not be going back to these place at all maybe it was the color of our skin why they were so rude.

The staff is great! Professional and friendly and able to answer any questions you may have. I strongly recommend using them to take care of your income taxes.

Definitely would give 0 stars if possible The older lady that is in there is nice nice but her daughter is nasty and miserable She was catching an attitude with me her mother and the computer the whole time I was in there I then got upset with me because I answered her question just not with the answer she wanted I told her that's not how professional acts and walked out the store saying screw this company

I have been doing business with them for quite awhile. They take the time to explain everything. If I didn't understand something they would stop and start from the beginning. I felt sorry for them the day that I was in because of the person ahead of me. They had her crying because of the cost. she tried to explain to them that they do not set the prices. They had no part of it. She even offered them a discount and they her where to go. No one should be treated like that. They explained about sending a friend in that they would need to furnish them one of the coupons in thier packet to get the offer. Very explanitory on everything. I will be returning but if they are not there I will be going elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Do not go to this place, these people will rip you off. They don't give out the $50 and will not pay the $50 to the person who recommended you. The old lady is so rude and that's probably her daughter cause they act the same! Shame on you representing Liberty tax like that! Close your business down, no need for people like you!!! The 1 star is just so that I can write this review. F y'all!
