I have updated the hours on your company profile to reflect what I was told by employees and the security guard at the front doors when trying to purchase dog food at 10:45. Due to current construction the store current closes at 10:30 or 10:40. There seemed to be some confusion about the exact time between the people standing in front of the door, who could only muster the word "closed" repeatly and mumbled about the construction unable to form a coherent sentence. Rather than address me in intelligible words and a full sentence when I remarked, "I though it was 11 l, I was hoping to get my dog a bag of food because she's not eating what I have", the security guard pushed the doors together in an elaborate and cartoonish manner, crossed his arms and stared at me while the King Sooper employee raised her voice even higher to shout at me "Closed means closed". I'm truly sadden by the lack of character and basic human decency displayed by the two empty vessels impersonating employees I had the misfortune of interacting with tonight. Do better King Soopers. List your hours and don't accost would be patrons. .... update: after calling the store at 11:05 I was informed 11pm is the correct closing time. I guess these two just decided they were done working and would dictate their own store hours as they pleased.

It's convenient. Although, I brought my own shopping bag having also shopped at Safeway in Denver. The bag boy was snooping through my bag. He was young and annoying. I felt an invasion like harassment. If it was such an issue security could have reviewed the cameras.

This store is never open their posted hours your hours say 11 PM not 1030 not 104011 PM if your door open for business if you want to King Soopers that actually does what they say. They are going to stay open their actual hours there’s one right up the road on 20th and Sheridan class help you during business hours they actually stay open till 11

This location has Horrible customer service!! Now, there are a couple of ladies that work at the customer service counter with whom are Awesome so you only get that great service when you need to be at customer service for something, Also, I believe Robert is one of the managers and he's one of the worst employees to have an encounter with, just straight up rude and shows no care towards whether you come and shop at King Soopers or not.

The morning stockers block the aisles with their carts and leave trash everywhere making it difficult to navigate the store. If you ask them to move they give you a ton of attitude. Today I witnessed the ice cream aisle completely ransacked. Worst part is there were probably 100 cartons of ice cream ON THE FLOOR waiting to be stocked. Nothing under them just sitting on the floor. They were there when I arrived and were still there when I left 55 minutes later. I told the manager and he just said “ok” and was irritated I would even bring it up. I don’t think he has any clue you can not lay product on the floor.

I purchased salmon from Matt in the meat department on Saturday. Last night, we ate a delicious meal and the fish was fresh, as were the complimentary herbs and butter pads provided. I experienced suberp customer service. I am happy to come back and shop for fresh fish and meat.
