Really friendly interactions with everyone here. Tammy went out of her way to get me taken care of quickly. I hope she understands how much I appreciated the small interaction!!

What I find in pretty much every store including Walmart is how gross the checkouts are as far as people out things in to scan or weigh and they get streaked and nasty looking and I have yet to see anyone ever clean one..to simply wipe it.

RACISM!!!I was followed by a security guard at this King Soopers location. I came in wearing jeans and a black jacket (hoodie part not covering my head), no backpack or any bag, no hat, and I wasn't wearing a mask (not that these things are necessarily suspicious). I don't drink or do drugs, so I wasn't drunk or high. I noticed the security guard was following me down different aisles. Finally, in one of the aisles where she was following and walking in the same direction as me, I walked in the opposite direction and she stopped as I walked past her.me: "Do I need to be followed?"security guard: "Yes." me: "Is there a reason for that?"security guard: "My boss told me to follow you."me: "Is there a reason for that?"security guard: "You tell me."me: "Do you follow white people too?"security guard: "No. My boss told me to follow you. My boss doesn't trust you."I left the 2 items I was holding on the fixture where I was standing and walked out of the store. I didn't have a basket or cart as I was just going to buy a few things then leave. This occurred Friday night 7/21/23.I saw other King Soopers employees as I exited the store and thought about telling them what happened but thought, "what if the boss of the security guard is there?" So I continued to make my exit. When I first came into the store, I asked the security guard what time the store closes, as when I was walking in, that was the only employee in sight in the direction I was walking. She said 11. I thanked her. I thought I heard another employee say they close in an hour. As I turned to pass by the self check out area and into the store, I thanked the employee who I thought said the store closes in an hour. I didn't realize that same security guard would be following me later that night. Security directing their energy towards people of color is in effect distracting themselves from those that are really there to do harm.I am never coming back to this King Soopers and am boycotting Kroger.I saw another review here from someone who is Black and who also testified of racism. I am an Asian woman.PEOPLE OF COLOR AND ANYONE DIFFERENT IN ANY WAY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

On Saturday morning, my husband and I decided to visit this King Soopers because of the beautiful views of the mountains and the wonderful sunshine. I went in and was amazed about how well the fruits and veggies were stocked and the Happy Juneteenth cupcakes that were on display, I just had to buy it. When I approached the self checkout line, I was immediately asked by someone on staff if I found everything ok. I said with a smile yes because in fact, everything was ok. I didn't feel out of place even if I was the only black American shopping there. What changed it was toward the end of my transaction. A worker came over to me, mind you there were about 7 other shoppers checking themselves out and then the worker asked to count the items in my bag. Her response was the machines are sensitive. I was taken aback...no one else received this service but me. She says that they do this at all King Soopers. I said this isn't so because I regularly shop at King Soopers in Denver. So she counted my items and said , yep, you have 11 items as if to assure me that she was right in her assumption that I stole something. As I was exiting, I saw 2 cashiers that were both Mexican, I asked was that normal and they both said no. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager stated that its routine because of the new equipment and I said no one else was selected but me and then he shrugged as it to say oh well...long story short, if you are black, do yourself a favor by not going to this particular King Soopers. Racism is ugly and if you don't want to be involved with bag checks and certain staff looking at you as if you are less than, go elsewhere. I hate I have to give them 1 star!!!!!! 0 stars!!!

I do not recommend coming here at all! The managers are rude and cuss at there employees. They also refuse to listen to any of there employees about there availability, even as far as to schedule minors who are at school to be there at the same time almost daily!!! They understaff their employees so much that it impacts the customer experience. They have the employees to work but the store manager is more focused on here bonus than the customers. BE VERY CAREFUL COMING HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. They also use minors on the registers that they are not allowed to.

Hard to find prices on eggs and ended up paying too much. Tried to buy 50% Christmas discount coffee but the regular cashier said you had to buy a coffee drink at the Starbucks to get that price. I had a cashier at Starbucks check the price and she didn't tell me that and if there was a sign that said that I didn't see it. Couldn't find other basics like frozen spinach. And why do the bathrooms always smell so bad?

I wish I could give a negative star rating. Worst customer service I've ever seen. And I've worked customer service for 15 years. They act like it was killing them to help me and they didn't even help they were rude and had no intention in being anywhere close to polite. I was a loyal customer to them for over 20 years. I'm not anymore. Go to literally any other store other than this one. I hate everyone who works there and that's a strong word yes I know but I mean every letter. Just to say this if I ever go in there again and they give me attitude I might have to get the cops called on me for a crime I meant to commit

I've been going to kings for many years the staff is caring and they go out of their way to help you find the best solution if you have problems with your medications. The staff will call in the pharmacist to explain the drug if it has any reactions if you feel unsure I've known the pharmacy to call the doctor. This is one of the best pharmacies I've been too. The staff gets to know you on a personal level and they treat you on professional level as well. When I read a negative review I'm assuming that persons is having a bad day I usually say many people just don't get along.

For 2 years I have requested that they fill my prescriptions all at the same time so that I don't need to make multiple trips days apart. They say they would every time but nothing happens just as often. Many times I hang around the store so that they will fill one for me on the spot. Despite the insincere promises, I have tolerated. Just now I called them, they refused even to do it on the same day but told me to pick up 2 days later. The medication is a tube of gel. It doesn't even involve counting pills to put into a bottle. The thing is, at least consider whose fault it is and work with the customers when it is not their fault. But no... What else can I say. Maybe next time they are on strike, we shouldn't blindly support them.

I have had a number of concerns with this pharmacy since I moved my daughter’s medications from Walgreens. My stress comes from poor communication regarding insurance hang ups, refills not going through on time, and grumpy employees who seem to miss the point of working in healthcare as an extension of the physician team. My kiddo recently had neuro surgery and the KS pharm didn’t fill her pain med because of an insurance hang up. Rather than informing me and giving me the option to pay OOP, they just didn’t fill the med, and she went several hours post op without pain control due, all over an $8.00 expense. The pain issue was a bummer, but manageable but issues with her epilepsy meds have been very distressing. My kiddo relies heavily on her meds to keep her stable, and any hiccup in her schedule can be life-threatening. I would like to believe that pharmacy training includes some level of awareness or compassion around the sensitive nature of medication management. I don’t feel it when I work with the KS pharm team.My most recent issue is I didn’t receive all of my daughter’s epilepsy medication as ordered. When I called in and spoke with an employee, she was rude, dismissive, and told me my option was to pay out of pocket or go without the med—we’re talking about a $600+ expense. When I requested a call back from someone who could help me figure out what happened, and what to do, she questioned my truthfulness about the missing medication, and told me “I really doubt (the manager) will have time to call you back, she’s busy. You just need to call tomorrow.”When I explained how stressful all of this is, how important this is to my daughter’s health, and how her tone and communication makes my stress worse, she sat in silence and then hung up the phone on me. Once I get the issue figured out (or end up paying out of pocket for the $600 worth of missing meds), I plan to move back to Walgreens immediately. This pharmacy is fine and convenient for a random one-off abx prescription, but complex and ongoing needs are not well managed, and if you’re someone dealing with the stress of a chronically ill family member, their team is often unprofessional, lacks compassion, and will add to your overall stress.

This pharmacy and most of the people working there will do anything to restrict access to your medications. They lie and are dishonest on fill dates, availability, and communication with doctors. They treat customers like criminals.

Zero stars. 2022 and still no Apple Pay. If you search them online, it says they offer contactless pay. In person they don't and it's false advertising. Zero stars.
