Husband and I bought a camper brand new but the day of pickup and finalizing the purchase I noticed a big dent along with a small one. Was never mentioned to us. Bought it anyway since they assured us they’ll fix it. Well seems like they keep having new dates for parts arrival!!

Horrible experience. Bought something online and called ahead to be sure I could return it to the store if it didn’t work. They said “yes.” When I came to the store with my product that I didn’t want because they mislisted the product weight by 100 lbs, which is a big deal in truck life, they said they would only give me store credit or a mail a check. Roy and Morgan in parts were extremely rude with me for no reason. I was not acknowledged by anyone and instead treated with animosity when I said I didn’t want a check mailed or store credit. Because the weight was so mislisted on the product, it was extremely difficult for me to carry and bring back to the store. I live hours out of town. Overall, I will never shop at a store that tries to force store credit and hide their policies. I always read return policies and did not find this verbiage before purchase. The staff said this policy was “just changed” but I’m not sure why that’s my problem nor how I could ever be aware of a policy that is not properly listed on their website.

It's hard because some of it I because right now people need these for a home and the cost is high and you really need a good credit line so if u can get financially help that's good.

Got so excited with new purchase ! forgot to thank the ones that made it happen and to really be true! Darrin has made this dream come true! George is the best at giving tours. finance manager is perfect at what he does and the Strawberries and Champagne was such a nice touch. I can hardly wait to get the show on the road!

August 15th purchased a Ram Playtrek ‘23. Darren our salesman was a great help in bringing the sale to fruition.
It needed a clean, and some repair after previous owner had done some dismantling of original floor plan.
All things were taken care of and Darren even had his mother sew some temporary curtains to replace ones removed.
We arrived to pick it up and George was assigned to orient us to the unit’s features. He could probably use some additional training as very unfamiliar with most aspects. I’m still researching how the solar panels function as a whole with the unit.
Nick from maintenance saved the day and showed us some additional features…like where the fuse panel was located.
Patrick, one of the managers was very considerate in approving all needed to prepare the unit. He also allowed me to park my car for two weeks as we immediately took off on a two week national parks trip up north.
The unit was clean, and maintained when we picked it up as I had made a list of things necessary to be done for me to complete the sale.
Love my unit …which I named Ándale in Spanish means Come On Let’s Go !
She is like a tiny home to me. I bought a three yr maintenance warranty and thus far have yet to have any experience with them but am hoping for a pleasant experience when the opportunity arises. Happy trails to all my fellow campers ?

Purchased a camper in August.. they didn't have 2 things that came with the camper at the time and said they would get it for us and let us know when we could pick it up. We have called multiple times and are getting no where.
