I cannot say enough amazing things about Gary and his team at Independent Living Solutions. In needing to find a solution for my mother's current stair lift, I called around to multiple companies in the Denver area looking for options. Her current chairlift was installed in 2016 and was a pricey yet necessary investment. The chairlift was purchased from another company, and each time they were called for service in the past couple of years, they stated that parts were no longer available for her lift, and that she needed to purchase a new chairlift entirely. The service call always resulted in an expensive quote being left behind. Her lift had become VERY unsafe and unstable, so we knew we needed to address this before she had an accident. In calling Gary, I explained what was happening, and he was so very kind and helpful in assisting me with solutions. And, with Gary's assistance, we learned that parts ARE available for her lift, yet the prior company we purchased it from are no longer selling this brand, meaning they are unable to access parts. With Gary's help, new parts were obtained and installed, and her current chair is working properly, and most importantly, safely - at a significant cost savings to my elderly mother's budget. I simply cannot recommend Independent Living Solutions enough, and a big THANK YOU to Gary for all of his assistance during this time. I would look no further - Independent Living Solutions is the right place for your current lift needs and repairs.

I highly recommend this company. I had a problem with my lift and asked them for help. They got on it immediately and came up with a solution. They came out very quickly to take care of the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

It is always wise when making a large purchase to proceed with caution. That's what I did before making this purchaseand that forethough really paid off big. All the good things you will read about this company AND chair are true!Starting with the great customer service, scheduling around customer needs, clear explanations, Highly skilled andefficient installation with, again, great customer service. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Nextwas to see how it performed.We have had the chair for 3 months now. The primary user (my 95 yr old mom) moved here from sea level andthought she wouldn't need a chair to climb the 14 steps to her new bedroom. I told she had to have the electronic chair.It was easy to show her how to use the chair and she caught on quickly but wanted me to repeat the instructionsmany times before she used it on her own. Now she is up and down the stairs like a real pro. There is no way shecould be living here without that awesome chair. Yes, of course, I am using it too. It is very helpful in getting thearmloads of laundry and "stuff" up and down.

We purchased a stairlift from Independent Living Solutions just a few months ago. We are very satisfied with the product and service. Gary was recommended to us by a friend who had purchased from him years ago. Gary is exceptionally easy to work with. His pricing is reasonable and the timing from purchase to install was awesome. Chase, with Independent Solutions, Inc,. did some renovations in our home for a roll in shower, new entry into the bathroom, sealed original entry, modified the sink so my son could roll under it and put in a taller toilet. I have worked with both Gary and Chase. Both are very knowledgeable about limitations and restrictions those who face disability battle. Because of this, they were able to help us think about potential issues that could arise. Chase was able to problem solve some tight areas for us. Not only is the bathroom and area leading to it accessible, but it also looks wonderful. Chase has good work ethics and is very respectful in the home. He stays focused and works hard. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with this company and these two gentlemen. I would absolutely use them again should the need arise.

This company is absolutely fantastic! I bought a stair climber from them several years ago and every time I have needed anything from them they were incredibly responsive. There's nothing wrong with the equipment but I had to have my stair climber removed and reinstalled several times. I've also had them do general maintenance and Chase was incredibly professional and responsive. Their prices for stair climbers were so much cheaper than anybody else and Gary was such a joy to work with when I purchased my stair climber.

Living Solutions provided me with a stairlift that was almost new and I am very happy with it. The initial contact was friendly and the on site inspection was prompt and timely. I believe anyone in need of this type hardware would benefit from working with them. This work was in July 2019.

We bought a stair chair from ILS in late 2019. We talked to six other companies (and received bids from them) before we picked ILS. They did an excellent job of explaining everything and the install was perfect. This was a good experience.
