Very unprofessional & seemingly incompetent- recommend people go elsewhere.
Firstly, my taxes were filed incorrectly by the agent that I worked with.
I relayed to the staff my direct needs in a phone call in the days leading up to my appointment as to schedule the proper time. Upon arrival I was asked to return a week later, citing that they “didn’t know how much I had” and that they could not complete the work within the time given (that they had scheduled me for). The office manager mentioned a 1st time customer discount which was not honored when payment time came around, even after mentioning it again.
After paying the fees for this service and having everything filed, now I have the IRS telling me that my taxes are incomplete.
This is wholeheartedly on the agent that I worked with, as a tax expert - to file these correctly & fully.

If I could give negative stars I would. After being a client for well over a decade, a Tax Professional entered the wrong last four digits of my SSN. She actually entered the last four digits of my phone number. I paid for the "Peace of Mind", but they did NOT lift a finger to rectify the situation. I did all the legwork, I'm the one who found the mistake, I'm the one who spent countless hours on the phone with the IRS etc. It took almost a year for me to finally see my money. H&R Block would not consider a refund. Not even a discount for my trouble. They are human, and we as humans make mistakes. They, however will not be held accountable for the mistakes they make, and do not care to make it right for their clients.

Do not go here. Over charging for really nothing. They are very lost and unprofessional. $243 for a simple return, ridiculous. Has taken 3× longer to get my money than someone who filed with turbo tax 2 weeks after me. Dont waste your money. Oh and I called, she couldn't help me at all, I said "so moral of the story is don't use h&r block anymore?" She said "no, moral of the story is don't file taxes." What? They'll probably be obsolete soon anyway.

The biggest advantage for me is having the system and agent remember and check from previous years about the current tax situation and ask questions from that record, so as things have changed , it recommends to accommodate my moves

David has helped me the past 2 years with my taxes after our family accountant doug died. David was vary flexible in my schedule, was so helpuful imformative and polite happily explained any questions i had to the best of his abilities as well as made sure he awnserd any questions that i may have needed to ask while explaining to me everything they were doing and making sure i was keeping up and informed with the whole process. 10/10 (also to the guy who threatened them last year good good luck if your not in jail the I.R.S. they will not hesitate to take your stuff or worse your freedom. just pay it not worth the fight you're gonna loose)

We have had our taxes done her for years. But today I called with a question and the receptionist was so incredibly rude to me. She was short and uncaring. I went to ask another question and she hung up on me. I think we'll take our business elsewhere from now on.
