Jim Chimes is the worst tax specialist I have ever worked with. I have been to this location several times now and had an okay experience until my agent left and selected Jim instead. He did not take the time with me, was very slow to respond, and did my taxes wrong (potentially losing me thousands if I had not caught the mistakes). Avoid at all costs. There are better services out there.

H & R Block charged elderly relative entire $300 refund for preparing the simplest possible return that probably took them 10 minutes to complete.
