“We have stayed here multiple times. Clean comfortable rooms, convenient place for us. Zulema checked us in she was kind, very helpful and efficient she reassured us about security in the parking lot: cameras and security monitor the area. Very decent price. Zulema gave us a ‘Thank You’ bag which was appreciated.”

“I stayed here before we got r apt in arvada a housing coordinator from wheat ridge (kory kolar helped us) and as we were leaving to move into r apt they were transitioning into housing for the homeless and for others looking for permanent housing, which eventually it was gonna be called The VillaNearby activities: Park right next door to rhe motel so pets.and kids could go play, the motel was really loud by all the drug traffic but since its become transitional housing its very calm and quiet not like it was when i was thereWalkability: Many stores and places nearby to walk to and not to far”

“It was OK and convenient to some of the 14ers as well as stores and fast food places. One of the front desk clerks wasn't exactly friendly; one of the housekeepers seemed a bit off. I think this is the first Motel 6 I've stayed at with parking surrounded by a security fence. The area doesn't seem that bad but apparently there have been issues with break-ins. As I was leaving I saw an oriental cockroach/water bug in the room; that was a bit worrisome but I don't know if it was just a one-off.
Nearby activities: It's convenient to Mt Blue Sky, Bierstadt, etc. Other places are closer to those trailheads but don't have as many food etc options.”
