John knows how to make some amazing sandwiches and how to keep a clean restaurant. Thanks for many great years of delicious food. I have never had a more delicious sandwich than I can get here, and I will always return for a Super or a French Dip or a Pulled Pork with extra BBQ sauce and struggle to pick the one I want to get that day. 99/100 I would drive 100 miles to get this food with the care and fresh ingredients here. Thanks John you are amazing and I will see you soon maybe later today for lunch!

1st times staff was real sweet and talkative I told I’m not at tomato and onion kind of girl as I’m allergic to tomatoes and I don’t eat onions however my sandwich was made wrong I called let her know my break is over I’m already back at work but won’t be able to eat it and the response was just OK not bring it back or a credit or even an proper apology just that a couple OKs and excuse for only having 1 person making them so yea very disappointing

I was recommended this place by a friend, and he could not have been more on point.
The hoagies/sandwich are probably the best ones I've ever eaten.
The bread when toasted is out of this world.
Every time I'm running loads thru Denver I try to get by for some food.
Absolutely fantastic.

Visiting from out of state and someone suggested this place for lunch. The construction made it a little difficult to get into, but lunch was worth it. We tried the Italian and the French dip, and both were phenomenal! The staff were so kind and helpful in choosing the best thing on the menu. When we visit again I can't wait to go back.

Wasn’t sure what to think when I saw the exterior of this market / sandwich counter but I stopped in on a whim. I got a French dip and was impressed with the quality of their roast beef.
Their meats are made in Castle Rock and they have many homemade options such as hickory ham, smoked turkey, homemade capicola, elk/bison jerky, beef bacon, and more

Has been a few years since my last visit sure happy they are still the same a very good sandwich. Had the ham, turkey,rosrt beef and it was a great sandwich. And. prices on hole meal was good also had potatoe salad, baked beans.thank you Hickory baked .staff was friendly good job.

Drove by here for years and always wanted to stop in...and today was the day! The nice lady at the counter gave me a recommendation for the "super" with banana peppers and said to go toasted so I went for it. WOW...the bread is legit, the meats are fantastic and the taste was glorious. Jimmy John's is my only possible comparison with their Gargantuan. This one is SO much better. They also have roasts, jerky, marinade and all kinds of other stuff for sale in here.
Y'all gained a lifer. If we are even half way close to here and hungry, we'll be stopping in!

I grew up in Wheatridge. I started to come to this establishment 40 years ago. I honestly do not think there is a better sandwich in Colorado. The whole sandwich is made with fresh ingredients & the french bread is made and baked in house. I am extremely picky when it comes to my food. The appearance & taste is what I go for & this place Never disappoints. Try them. You won't regret it I promise.

When I was a kid my dad would bring me here, 25 years later the sandwiches are still some of the best in town.
