will overcharge you 5-6x for cheap aftermarket parts and then install them wrong and damage your vehicle making it run worse than it did coming in

Would recommend that anyone stay away from here for purchasing a vehicle. I asked specific questions concerning common mechanical issues on the vehicle I was looking at and was reassured that they had checked those all and the vehicle had no issues whatsoever. Fast forward to owning it for a week, and having driven it only home, and it was leaking oil and coolant, still not sure what they did to hide that when I was test driving the car. Ended up costing me an extra $6k+ in repairs within the first month I've owned it, and most of the issues were things I had pointedly asked about before purchase. When I reached out to them hoping for any kind of help with taking care of the issues they originally said didn't exist, the offer was to trust them to look at them and fix the problems. Sorry, but if you can't be honest from the get-go, I'm not about to let you screw me over again. These guys are not trustworthy. Stay far far away. Hopefully my experience can save you the trouble I've had.

Found a car on car gurus and bought it the same day. It needed some repairs and Shawn was more than helpful in making sure we got what we needed. Bryttany was also very helpful in seeing us through the whole transaction. Would definitely buy from here again.

Our car was there for two months or longer. Granted, it was over the holiday season, but they took forever to get the job done. We had agreed that the cost would be at one price but once they called me to pick it up it was a couple hundred dollars more than what I was told. Then when we showed up to pick it up we couldn't even get the car started because the battery was dead.

I came in to Harlan Automotive to test drive a 4Runner I had found online. Shawn was very friendly & helpful; he got me the keys right away. After the test drive, I decided I wanted to go ahead & buy the car. Shawn offered me a fair deal for my trade in & made the paperwork & financing processes very painless. It is very clear that the car has been taken great care of -- new tires, new belts, new oil, new upholstery. 10/10 would do business with Shawn again.

My high side ac went out on my shuttle bus. The mechanic assured me he could get the replacement part and I was told to come back at 9am the next day. He was wrong ... he couldn't get the right parts. So he switched to an idea to repair the line with clamps instead. Even still it was six hours (3pm) before he could start the repair, which lasted 3 days. I spent $800, two days waiting around, and a lot of hassle with poor communication. They left me hanging several times when they were supposed to call me back.

DO NOT BRING your car here! Impossible to get ahold of David while my car was there. It took six weeks, two supposed fuel pumps and my car still was not running so I had it towed to another shop. When my car was received there it was missing the license plate the bumper was hanging off, my hubcaps were in the backseat off of my wheels for some reason and my hood no longer stays up on its own. I Don’t know what kind of CHOP SHOP they are running, but I never received a phone call back from David or the owner. Do right by your car and do not go here. ZERO stars

There was a misunderstanding, and long story short, I was in the wrong. Their wonderful employees we're incredibly understanding and patient, so even though I haven't been a customer I wanted to leave a good review simply for being such understanding and compassionate human beings!

David Stark has been taking care of me and my family for 20+ years. Recently my car was running a little hot, in freezing winter temperatures which indicated a worn-out thermostat. Dave got me in within a couple of days and took care of things. What a wonderful feeling, not having to worry about my car dying on the road. I came back 2 weeks later for my scheduled oil change and check up. Thanks!!
