Last year I needed help getting 2 cars looking good. Golden Coach Works came thru in spades for me. Each project required sourcing components that could not be ordered new. GCW handled the sourcing and refurbishing. The cars look great, my neighbors even ask where to take theirs - no problem Golden Coach Works!They deliver accurate quotes, scheduling, and keep you informed about any unforeseen developments.I've used them for nearly 20 years and have always been completely satisfied.

Had a hit & run scenario to our company vehicle. Insurance was a bit of a challenge (cosmetic fix but deemed a total loss) but Jana & her team did a phenomenal job with helping us navigate next steps.The ladies were always friendly and said hello when you walked in. Very attentive in conversation as well as getting back to you (corresponded via phone call).Referred by a business friend of ours and it was a solid referral! When the time comes to fix the rest of the damage, we'll choose Golden Coach. Thanks!

Very happy with work. Got 3 quotes. The other shops said i needed a new door. Janna said I only needed the outer shell replaced. This saved me $1500. I give Golden Coach 5 stars!

Avoid them if you can. They do not communicate and whenever I got in touch with them they were rude and told me lies about the progress. I felt like a low priority.I came to them with a fender bender and they gave me a date 2 months out. They told me it will take 2 weeks to repair my car, but returned my car 6 weeks later.They blamed insurance for the delays. However, it took them 1.5 weeks just to write a supplement to my insurance company. Even though the insurance company replied in a business day it took them a week to order parts, which took another week to be delivered. After holding my car without doing any work for 4 weeks they told me I can just take my car if I have any issues with the delay.I showed up at the shop 5.5 weeks after dropping my car off on the day they said my car would be ready and the car was disassembled in their shop. I got my car back a day short of 6 weeks.They did an okay job with the paint, but did not seat my headlight well. It took them three times as long as the initial estimate and still failed to polish my car as I had requested initially in addition to the damage repair. Avoid the hassle of dealing with their terrible customer service.Update: They installed the wrong headlight on my car. My car had halogen headlights and they replaced one of them with a HID headlight. My car looks goofy because of the difference in color and brightness of the lights. They have been unresponsive since my complaint showing no accountability for their work.

They did a great job . They gave me a timely estimate and then set up a repair time. They not only met the repair time they beat it by a full day. This is the second time I have used them.
