Garbage place. Whoever answered the phone today was a ginormous jackass. I had planned on taking my ATV here to have it serviced. When asking questions the jackass on the phone was very rude and hung up. Super glad this happened before I spent any money. Terrible customer service. Obviously. Just look at all the other reviews.

Knowledgable however they quoted me 2 to 3 hours for work and then charged me more because they said it took our mechanic longer than we expected. At $140 per hour I feel as though they should be more exact.

Horrible customer service. I purchased an ATV from this shop in 2019. I had a question about the ATV and when I called today and said "Hi, I purchased a 90 CC ATV from you guys in 2019"...the guy on the phone said, "no you didn't" and then said "i find that hard to believe"...what the heck? Maybe he should have looked it up first. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing another ATV from this shop.

Horrible customer service. I called with a question about an ATV that I purchased from 4 to go in 2019. Without looking anything up, the guy who answered the phone told me I didn't buy an atv from them and that he found it hard to believe? What the heck?

Thank you to Trish and Mike of Four To Go ATV dealer and off-road supply!I have an older Arctic Cat sled and have been searching on and off for several months for parts without any luck. I finally bit the bullet and decided to go to a dealership and buy the parts I need. I had a list of places I was going to go to and Four To Go was my first stop.I could immediately tell the atmosphere was different when I walked through the doors – no high pressure sales, just friendly knowledgeable people to greet you and help you solve your problems. Trish quickly found the part I needed online and I was also given the option of buying some of the things I need used - Thank you Mike!Needless to say I didn’t go to any of the other ATV shops. I highly recommend Four To Go and will be coming back for all of my snowmobile and ATV needs.Thanks again!Louis Wyman

The staff here is amazing, especially the front desk. I believe her name was Trish. I live in Alaska and needed a part for my side by side and since we no longer have a Kymco dealer here, I can a dealer a friend so he could pick the part up but Four to Go went above and beyond helping to get the part to me and super fast too. I will be contacting them for the future needs of my machine
