Decent shop, but this rating is based on very poor customer skills of Felipe. He needs to listen, and not be a smart aleck when dealing with a serious customer. Hopefully the manager (store or regional) will see this and evaluate.

Treat you like a criminal to look at a simple piece of jewelry. Guy tells me he wants my ID in case I run off with something ……. Only place I’m running to is another store.

I stop in a bunch of the EZ Pawns locally just to browse and see what’s up and these guys take the cake for friendliness, hospitality and fair deals. Just got a pair of studio monitors and a keyboard for a steal and it’s because these guys know how to make a customer feel special. Thanks fellas.

Ok I never have wanted or needed to review a pawn shop .My thought is you seen one you've been burned by them all.Until I really needed a pawn shop to be a good thing for my situation.I used to be like I only purchase from a pawn shop not hawk my stuff.Until real life kicked and ya its get money now or its gonna result in stuff I do not want.I can say Destiny ,and the guys there are like super smart those dudes are like the geek squad pawn brokers. THEY KNOW SOME SHIZZ.I ave more than one occasion been witness or experienced some kind of smart dude stuff that wowed me.I am not easily impressed but when I came to them told them I owed the mafia jjkn I did open up ,and I had stuff worth money.alot people get hurt when they can't get what they expected .I got awesome help info and I gained a few things I bought from this ez pawn as a major come up great deals .They have a weird inventory but it always ending up that I can't get what I want but the best part is getting what I need. It feels way better.They try to say ez pawn is all every store is.I say um hell no this ez pawn is exceptional .The guys will educate you ,and Miss destiny is willing to loan every single cent as long as its a decent item that is in demand a better brand helps as does the condition your stuff is in.Tell them you saw my review and you'll get a free 1979 Chrysler La baron .Syke they will do the best for your best bonjour

Came in 3 min before closing they took me and help me out even had a few laughs and even sang to lol so thankful they always help me out when I'm in a bind

Great store with great employees ?? very friendly Manager Destiny was awesome as were Austin, Brandon, Felipe and Jennifer. Definitely will be loaning with them again and again.

The employees seem to not want to help you they seem bothered when asked for help the lady Jan or Jen something like that was the rudest she has no customer service skills

EZ pawn is cheap and wont pay more than 10% on your item and then will mark it up 100% you're far better off buying and selling on market place or offer up atleast you be low balled or scammed as bad. never taking my business here ever again

Remember to check your items you buy. They sold me a steamdeck was supposed to be a 512gb checked storage and was 256. They give you a hard time and don’t give you back original receipt. Go somewhere else.
