I called ahead of time to say I would be between 5-7 mins late to my appt. The cancelation policy is 15 mins. They took my call, knew it was me when I walked in and canceled my appointment anyway. I have a ruptured ear drum and needed to see a doctor to ensure that it is healing correctly. Not professional in the least. I've been a patient for many years. I'm done.

Despite being only 9 days outside of her time frame to be a "returning patient" Jill Postel, PA refused to make an exception, classified me as a new patient and told me she wasn't taking new patients. In the middle of a pandemic I am now stranded without a doctor that has any idea of my history. Her integrity lacks and the customer service at this practice lacks terribly.

Their web site only said where they were moving. Couldnt get any thing else. When I asked for an appointment said it would be three weeks. As a medical, actually dental doctor , this is terrible. Will go else where after being a patient over 30 years.

I have been going to my PA here for 3 years. Never had any issues, unti today. I recently changed from private insurance to medicaid. I call in for a prescription every month and needed without a problem. Today, I booked an appointment for an ear ache and asked to make sure my new insurance wasn't an issue. I was told everything was fine. Walked in today, was told to update a stack of paperwork, and upon completion was bluntly told "oh we don't take this plan, you are bound to denver health".No offer for possible solutions, just my I'd and insurance card clapped on the desk. I explained that I had asked about the ins. before setting the appointment and was again met with a blank stare and "you are bound to denver health".I would recommend that these receptionists learn not to give out miss information. I will never be dealing with this company or affiliates again.

I've had a lot of frustration with this practice. From not getting returned phone calls, to incorrectly reporting my test results, or not even telling me when I needed to have a biopsy, the communication is terrible! This was for a variety of situations as well, repetitive poor service. I would not recommend.

They have always gotten me in within 24 hours, everyone is friendly and helpful. No complaints. I just wish I didn't have a reason to go there :)

Love this practice. I have been seeing the PA Jill Postel for over 1o years and I would never think of going else where. I have seen all of the female providers here and would recommend them to anyone.
