I just wanted to give a shout out to Cody, Matt ,Will ,Freddy, Sarah, Jaime, Tom and Daniel at Blue Compass RV Wheat Ridge. My family and I purchased our RV from Blue Compass and we have had top notch customer service from the purchase of the RV from the necessary service, warranty work and winterization. Everyone has been so responsive, kind and easy to work with. They have continued to made my family and I feel as though we are important customers and that customer service and care are forefront at their store. I would continue to recommend Blue Compass Wheat Ridge to anyone that asks about purchasing a RV. Thanks everyone for your hard work from sales, to parts to service as well as management. I worked with Ben and Sara and had an excellent experience! Ben was super knowledgeable on all the RVs we had him take us through. He was easy going and a lot of fun to work with. Had a chance to chat with Sara while we were going through the buying process and she was extremely helpful and very relatable throughout the whole process. Great process start to finish. They genuinely seem to want to take care of their customers rather than meet quotas.

Sebastian provided a wonderful experience in our selection of a pre owned 5th wheel trailer. He was thorough in his explanations of the various brands and models, listened carefully to our questions and concerns and helped bus find the coach which best met our needs. He was cheerful and energetic and very responsive to our calls with questions even after the sale. All personnel we encountered were friendly and pleasant They explained all the features and helped us understand those we had not used previously. We want to thank everyone for a pleasant experience especially Sebastian who was outstanding!!

The sales department offered me an amazing trade-in on my little travel trailer! Sebastian and Sara in sales thank you so much! I feel very fortunate and a note to those in the market: I think it really pays to purchase the full warranty on these travel trailers when it comes time to upgrade. If there’s one thing I’ve noticed by watching other RV owner testimony on YouTube, upgrading from your first camper is very common.
My new RV is really nice and while it has a few little problems ( that I think are also common ) the service department here at Blue Compass in Wheat Ridge, are very friendly capable and I have faith that they’re going to help me get them solved in a timely fashion.
