Came in at 5:4o I was just going in to pick up a permanent color the lady comes from behind the counter and asked me if I needed help I told her no I told her I know she’s closing at six. She said yes very soon she made me feel so uncomfortable she just standing there watching me. I walked out the store list I had time to get my color she made me feel so uncomfortable never going back I felt rushed so bad.

Really like this Wheat Ridge location. First visit here and they were fully stocked which was awesome. The sales employee was helpful and nice. I also liked that they open early which makes it convenient, especially when you’re in a time crunch. I’ll definitely shop here again.

I have been shopping here for many many year's. Today I was baffled by the way I was treated. I had purchased a hair dryer hours befor going back to return it because it was smoking and smelled burnt! She told me to contact the maker and I'd have to deal with them. Mind you my receipt was a hour before I had to go right back. She proceeded to give me such attitude because I kept stressing it was a hour ago! I asked politely and was given nothing but ugly attitude. Finally she said ok I can exchange it. But proceeded to get loud when asking for my phone number. I'm so done with this place. Cosmoprof is never getting my business again.
