The employee running the gas station just now(around midnight) was pointlessly aggressive and rude to me even though I was friendly to him.The old guy with oxygen was behind the counter, so I walk up to him smiling with my items and say hi, thinking he'll start checking me out. He stares back at me and gives me a sarcastic 'why are you talking to me' look. So I look back at him confused, and then he blurts out "Can you read!?". I say, "huh"? And he doubles down, "Can you read!?", then holds up the tiny sign that says 'next register'. I'm still confused, because he's the only employee behind the counter and I'm not sure where else I'd go. So he finally aggressively tells me to go to the self checkout.Jesus, dude. Way to remove a smile from a customer's face. A customer that was being perfectly cordial to you.

The customer service is trash the guy at the register didn't let me buy anything because I walked in with a backpack never heard of such stupid rule didn't even give me the option of leaving my bag at the register until I was finished getting a soft drink and hotdog after a long day of work this is not what I expected from a a store that supposed to be convenient for people.

They need three employees there at ten pm apparently: two to take out their frustration on customers and one to actually run a register. You would think that if a special had ended then the angry senile one could just say the special is over instead of throwing a tantrum. All I said was I wanted a register because the auto-pay thing doesn't apply discounts. Whatever dude: if you think I cheated you then call a cop don't act like your wife is cucking you at home.

Went in to purchase two waters tonight the old rude man working the counter out the sign up and told me to go to self cheout. I told him I’m here to be checked out by you and I also need some ice. He immediately called the cops and claims I am a trespasser. This has to be the most unprofessional experience o have experienced Expecially lying to the police and wasting their time like do your job snow flake. You are a discarded to this country. People like you

1st time stopping and last. Cashier was to busy on her cell phone. After purchase I walked to bathroom as I had a long drive ahead and a rude guy employee saw me n literally rushed Over to put a cart to close bathroom. I asked could I kindly use it as I had a long drive he hateful said No I have a Job to do. Wow customer service is not either employee specialty. Kindness goes a long way. I dislike leaving bad reviews. Looks like they spent alot money remodeling or building this location. Would suggest better staffing

Not bicyclist friendly! Very rude employees! If you are a cyclist, take your business to the store across the street, where they are are bicycle friendly!!

They won't let cyclist bring their bike inside - it's probably a homeless combative but training should be in place because cyclist are a huge help to stores and shouldn't be turned away because we don't want our bike stolen in the most popular bike theft city in America

Amazing night crew; Zak, Cody, Aaron and Dan, have always been patient and accommodating to our needs.Found out today Trevor is taking over my favorite boys. Even though he's rude, degrading, inpatient, and treats guests like they owe him something, that is disgusting!Looks like I'm following a different crew to another store. Or wherever they goThe gas prices are only a plus!!
