Our experience with this company was exactly what you would want. They delivered what was agreed, at the agreed upon place and time and for the agreed upon price. The crew were both pleasant and professional not to mention efficient. The removal of old unit and demo as well as the install of the new unit we're excellent. The one thing I wish they offered were finishing services for tile and paint so the entire project would be done under them, but we found a great crew for that as well so no harm.

Excellent work, excellent service. We really appreciated the detailed reports and the photographs of the problems in the two chimneys, and also how the repairs look. The team was friendly and considerate in every way and certainly this is our go-to company from now on!

Chimney Sweeps of America did a great job re-capping and flash sealing my chimney and they ordered and installed a custom flu cap that will keep critters out! I had a terrible leak from the chimney before and this work should keep the water out too. Everyone I had contact with was very polite, friendly and kind. The work was done by fast and efficient technicians who were also very nice. All in all, a good experience.

We can highly recommend Chimney Sweeps of America. We could not have asked for a more professional response to repair a faulty chimney cap, beginning with a fair estimate, dependable scheduling and even a temporary fix due to unexpected bad weather. Excellent workmanship, responsive professionals -- and local, too!

I had Chimney Sweeps of America come out to inspect my wood burning fireplace in a home I recently purchased.
While they appeared professional at first, the inspector was clearly more of a salesman who told me the fireplace was unsafe for use due to warping of the metal surround and that it would need to be replaced.
Despite this, they never followed with a quote for replacement even after I contacted them again. $170 wasted.
After receiving a second (and free) opinion from a more honest and experienced business owner it has become clear that Chimney Sweep's original inspection was exaggerated in order to extract more money from me.
Going forward I would recommend working with Stephen at Fireplace Solutions and Services. Steve was very honest about the condition of my fireplace and various repair and replacement options, and even offered to credit me for the $170 I was scammed from Chimney Sweeps.

Chimney Sweeps of America does a great job with regular maintenance, and also when I needed a new chimney reline, they were really great to work with. It's a tough job and they work so hard, and the office is great to work with too. The reports they provide are great - with what was done and documentation of all the improvements. Thanks so much to all for getting my fireplace and chimney in safe working order and looking great!

The service provided by this company is exceptional. I've used them for years. They recently returned to repair the chimney flue and included the service at no charge, as part of their previous visit. They stand behind their work, which seems rare these days. I highly recommend them!

The entire process was great. Each person we worked with throughout the process was fantastic. It was smooth and we were kept informed from the first phone call until the installation. We love the ease and convenience of the gas fireplace and it looks wonderful.
Mark was terrific to work with on installation day. He went through everything so we understood the remote control. He also answered any questions we had after the installation.

Very disappointed!!! My home is 45 years old, the fireplace did not pass the inspection (no surprise) and they would NOT sweep the chimney WHICH WAS ALL I WANTED DONE! $215 WASTED!!!!!!!
