I came across Rebecca Nations, she was very nice, emailed me back right away, very helpful and kind. She sent me the tracking number and kept me informed. There's always a 50/50 chance of feeling did I get scammed or am I really getting the doll i bought. The box came in and it was exactly the doll I wanted. Since this is my first time buying, I would definitely ask for more photos in a different light, but other than that I'm very happy. I'm looking forward to purchasing again. “Looking for a baby gift or want to splurge on something for your own little one? Broomtail is the place to go! I started following their Instagram awhile back and finally had a chance to check it out IRL. The store is tiny but they pack a TON in for babies and kids, along with a few special pieces for parents including matching sets for kids and adults.The clothes are just my style so it was hard to resist buying a bunch for my preschooler and baby. I found most items to be $50+ but you can tell the quality is there and your child will definitely be dressed in something unique! There are a bunch of other giftable items like books, toys and baby accessories. I'll totally be making this a go-to stop the next baby shower I'm invited to and am already telling all my friends about it! There's even an awesome card shop next door to complete your quest for the perfect gift.”

“We went on a Thursday late morning. Call ahead to check hours of blinds/curtains area associates but you could go to voice mail. The commissioned sales associate is good but has set hours. If you are in the store the cashier can probably tell you their schedule.”

“I always find their newest pieces here and I like that it has the H&M Home on the third floor. First floor is their intimates, jewelry, new clothes, sports pieces and their sale. Second floor is their Divided line which is targeted more towards the younger crowd. I enjoy how big the H&M is however I gave it a 4 due to location and small Sale section. There is construction right in front of it which makes it hard to locate or find parking as it is downtown. Their sale selection is so small I go through it in less than 5 minutes. The service is always good and I have never had an issue with check out. When it comes to the value, the pieces are affordable and nice.”

The customer service was TOP NOTCH! I was helped by Isa & Kathleen and they really helped me out! It is not overly crowded with merchandise so you can quite easily see all of the clothing without having to rummage through things (like at a store like Forever 21). The staff is always helpful, especially Michael -- always goes the extra mile. I love how they price match whatever sale is going on online. Will continue to be a repeat customer!”

“I'm one of those Athleta devotees too. This isn't my preferred location, because Cherry Creek isn't my favorite mall. I tend to buy online more often because I need tall sizes. I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly. My one gripe is that I had to pay for parking just to spend 15 minutes returning an item. This is not, however, Athleta's fault.”

“I am a consigner here. I don't have a lot of my kids clothes and baby things left but I do consign my stuffed toys here (things for older kids more like 3 to 4 years old). They don't pay me enough to keep up with today's society and prices, but they pay me at least more than I can get it 2nd & Charles. If only people bought more from the store and maybe paid the owner more for her product consigners there would be happy to.”
