Great experience from sales to installation. Jonah provided us numerous carpet options and samples in our home to make the best choice. Damion and his team was able to carpet our entire basement in a single day. Very professional and respectful. Very happy with the outcome.

We recently moved into a new house and needed to replace the basement carpet. We contacted the owner, Jonah, and he was able to come out to our house that week with a TON of samples. He walked us through the different types of carpet and gave us advice on which one would be best for our lifestyle. Once we picked the carpet, Jonah had installers scheduled for later that week. The installers were super quick and did a great job. Jonah then followed up with us to see how we were liking the carpet, and even stopped by to check it out himself to make sure it all looked good. We were so pleased with Jonah and Carpet Zone. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring and plan to use Jonah again in the future!

We recently finished our basement and decided to use Carpet Zone for our carpet flooring. We couldn't be happier with the decision as we truly feel like we received a white glove service through the entire process. We had plenty of samples to choose from and received a great recommendation on padding. The finished product is fantastic and looks great when we entertain in our basement. We will certainly use Carpet Zone again to replace our contractor carpet through the rest of our home and any future flooring projects. BIG thank you to Jonah and Carpet Zone!

Contacted Jonah at Carpet Zone & he was extremely friendly and punctual when he came out to measure my house for new carpet & hardwood. He was able to bring samples with him and only recommended the product I needed. His installers were clean, skilled, and very nice. Would highly recommend!

I made an appointment with Jonah at Carpet Zone, unsure of what I wanted to do with my new place, and he was extremely helpful & kind! He brought samples & talked me through the whole process, where I found exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for! Six months later I am still in love with the hard flooring in my kitchen & carpet in my living room! I also get lots of compliments from guests, so would definitely recommend!

We were initially happy with the service and carpet installed in our rental, but when tenants moved out 3 1/2 years later it was wrinkled and bubbled. It is good carpet still in decent condition, but clearly not stretched properly in the beginning. Ron told us the warranty on rental and commercial installations is only 1 year and offered to re-stretch it for $150. We'd hoped he would stand behind his original installation work and reasoned that if it wasn't done properly the first time, why would we pay the him to do it again? We'll hire someone else to re-stretch this carpet and shop elsewhere next time we need more.

My wife and I can't say enough about Ron, the whole experience with his services was great! We knew what we were looking for and Ron was able to give us a two week turn around! Considering every where else was 6 to 8 weeks! The most professional person we had met with and down to earth. Thanks Ron for your outstanding service and knowledge! Great experience with Carpet Zone! The owner, Ron, came to our house with samples that he had picked from the information I gave him over the phone. I could tell he actually listened to what I was looking for, because the samples were exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the product, took measurements, and was able to schedule install only a week and a half later. He also provided an invoice with costs itemized right away. His crew arrived on time, and it took them only a few hours for the old carpet removal and the new pad and carpet install. They were very professional and were nice enough to work around our very helpful Golden Retriever puppy! Ron called that very day to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. Contractors take notes, this is how you do business!!!!
