“Awesome experience from start to finish! I wanted a guaranteed 4 wheel drive SUV to drive into the mountains. I found Mile High. A person contacted me right away and confirmed the vehicle. Days before the trip I received text message confirmations. The vehicle was at the airport, no shuttle to the rental lots. It was so convenient. The SUV was clean and seat warmers were on (great touch!). We parked back at the airport and texted the details of where we parked. I will absolutely use them again! I loved the experience. It was so unique and personable.”

“Omer and his team really saved us on our trip to Colorado. We originally rented a Tesla from the Denver Airport but was not informed that we’d need to request a charging adapter for Tesla (this was our first time renting/driving an EV). Fast forward a few hours later, we realized that the town we’re staying in has no charging stations available without this adapter. We stopped into this location praying they might have an adapter for us to borrow but were able to switch us to a gas vehicle to save future headache. I will forever be grateful for Omer and his compassion towards us.”

I drove to this one to pick my rental up because for some reason it wasn't at the location I requested but because of their awesome customer service that didn't even matter! “Great experience on a last minute trip to Denver. We walked in with no reservation and drove away in less than 10 minutes. The lovely lady at the desk was amazing - she gave us options, suggestions and a discount package. Even on the return it was painless and quick and she even provided us umbrellas for the walk back to our hotel. You can't go wrong with this kind of service.”

“Very helpful and very honest team. I thought I accidentally left something important in the car after a weekend rental, and I called as soon as I realized, but it wasn't in the lost and found. However, the nice person told me to stop by and check again anytime. I stopped by a week or two later and sure enough, it was waiting for me! It was a relief and I recommend this business!”

“These guys were amazing! My car was in the shop for 2 whole months after someone ran a red light and hit me. Dealing with Geico and the body shop was excruciating, but everyone at the south broadway enterprise made everything as easy as possible. I even exchanged my initial car for a new one and they were super cool about it. These guys rock”

“My Lexus was totaled due to hail damage in May 2024, so needed a rental car. As many cars were damaged in the storm, my usual Enterprise location was sold out of vehicles so I went to Budget. Simon and Lisa were both awesome and helpful and made this stressful situation much easier. Seems like each Budget location varies widely with their service, but this one was great. Thank you!”

“We rented a Toyota 4Runner for a few days with a pop up tent above. It was a great setup for two people. Perfect vehicle for easy and moderate 4x4 trails. Great for quick tent set up and all the items you need for remote camping. Gaylord was extremely responsive and helpful! We loved to get to places that almost nobody else was at. Highly recommend!”
