Garrett was behind the fishing counter but came out from behind there to help me on the other side of the store. I had a question about a croquet set I saw online and he talked me through buying one with better features including a carrier. He was very friendly and helpful. He made my experience a great one!

I bought shoes online. They didn't fit. I took them back to big 5. They would give me in store. Credit and I really don't need anything else for them. I don't plan on ever buying anything else from big 5 online? After that.

There tennis shoes for women are less choices some are cheaply made and hard to find your size
I was lucky to find one pair of water shoes but all the other styles were cheaply made

Act like you care someone is shopping and get a much bigger ticket than you do. I just bought shoes, I wouldn't have if I didn't absolutely need to right then. Your service stinks, I would call out individual people who offended me but nobody wears a visible name tag. However, 80% of the staff working at 145pm on April 2nd, 2024 shouldn't have a retail position.

Part of the reason I believe this store fails is I went in just now there are 4 employees standing at the front doing nothing I wondering around looking for a shelter pod never once was I asked is there anything we can help you find they just stood around at the front doing nothing great customer service big 5
