“I have had nothing but exceptional service from Yawp Cyclery. Scott and Levi, in particular, are more than helpful, they transcend normal customer service and deliver hospitality. You feel their sincerity and knowledge to your issues. I personally had an ordeal with my Fuji E-Traverse with a Bosch Active Line Plus motor. My chain would come off the chain ring multiple times a day and pinch in between my motor and the ring. I would ruin chain after chain. They helped me obtain a gear shifter with a clutch to add more tension, and then flipped my chain ring and guard around so the chain would not be pinched in between the motor and the ring if the chain ever came off again. Yawp cyclery has been there for me from day one and shown integrity in pricing. I've never been gouged for labor or parts. Very reasonably priced for the level of expertise they offer. Highly recommend!!!!”
