We’ve been taking our GSP here for years for camp and boarding services. Our guy LOVES this place- he’s ALWAYS excited to see everyone and is so well taken care of. The team treats him like one of their own and we’re so thankful for them! We also really enjoy all of the fun events they plan throughout the year (see picture). Highly recommend this place for your pet’s needs- you won’t be disappointed!

Best Friends is a truly amazing boarding facility for your dogs. The staff are such a pleasure to work with and they actually care about your pet. We have a very reactive Australian cattle dog and they handle her with ease and kindness. On our second visit to Best Friends as soon as our dog Effie was with the handler she trotted right off with her like they were ‘best friends’. They always have availability which is great for our hectic schedules and the fact that our dog needs to be in an individual space. When we use the grooming services she comes back fresh and happy. Getting a picture of our dog each day we are away is a nice touch as well. Anyone who is nervous about boarding their pet I would highly recommend Best Friends because they treat their animals with care and make the experience as easy as possible.

They do an excellent job. My only critique is that I end up having to wait in the lobby for an extended period on every visit. I highly recommend getting a doorbell we can ring in the lobby that does the Ding-A-Ling thing in the back. No complaints otherwise, they are often available on short notice.

This is the first time we had to take our dog to someone other than family or friends. We were worried how he would do in a whole new environment. After Best Friends send us randomly a picture of Chief we knew we took him to the right place. Thank you for taking care of Chief.

We have boarded our terrier here for several years. He is always thrilled to go and comes home happy and healthy. They send me cute emails with pics of him playing while we are gone . We love how well they care for our pup!

Second time boarding my cat here.I had the unfortunate experience of leaving my beloved cat at this pet boarding hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. They left my poor buddy in a frigid, barren box with no hiding place, toys, or even a blanket. He was shivering behind a silver litter box. It was like they couldn't care less about the well-being of my pet. This place is a disgrace to the concept of pet boarding, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. One star is too generous for this establishment. Avoid at all costs!I see positive reviews for the dog boarding but the cat boarding room is borderline neglectful. If you want to leave your cat in a box the size of a microwave in Antarctica, this is for you.We are home and luckily he’s doing better now. Never again.

Best Friends Pet Hotel is the best place to bring your dogs for doggie daycare or boarding. I would never bring my dog anywhere else! The staff are great, down to earth, and really care about your pets and their needs. I highly recommend!
