They should not advertise themselves as providing roadside assistance if they do not do so. I waited over an hour just to find out that they were going to cancel the service that they had accepted, because I needed roadside assistance & not a tow. I had to start all over again with AAA. I am still in the middle of nowhere, alone, in the rain, stranded and waiting for someone else to finally help me. I’ve been here for 3 hrs now. If he had just come out, I would’ve been home a long time ago. Not an ideal situation, especially for a woman.

This towing company is professional, efficient and did a great job when I was stranded on the side of the road. They work with AAA and communicated with me, picked me up quickly and safely. The young man operator was friendly, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable and did everything he could to help. I would highly recommend them. I am so lucky to have had them be the tow that AAA work with. They made a unsafe horrible experience totally okay and got me and the vehicle home safely. I am so grateful for their level of customer service and care.

This company saved our weekend trip by getting up pulled out of some snow and back onto clear road. They showed up on time and went the extra mile. Chris was great. Would recommend 10/10.

Unfortunately when you have to call a company like this you're already going through a bad time whether you have a broke down car or you flip out the ditch or you've been involved in an accident but working with Bee-Z towing was a great experience for me. Very professional very clean and amazingly quick service. I have had to call them more than one time because I've had many problems every time I've had a problem they've helped solve it in a very timely efficiently and professional manner with smiles on their face. Let alone these guys are willing to go the extra mile for you remove cars or other companies have told me they're unable to get them we won't be able to get to you for days and they've been there almost instantly great company good guys I highly recommend them I probably should have wrote this review last year when I had used their services the second time. But I forgot to so now that I need help again I'll be calling them here and I remembered that I need to write them a review so if you need help towing your car or recovering from a ditch these guys are the people to call they do not do any HOA or illegally parked car removals they only help people with car issues not make them worse like most other tow company's do. Thank you guys for your help

Ryan came out in the cold and was extremely cheerful, helpful, and concerned about taking care of our vehicle. Above and beyond. No one wants to have to use a towing service, but Ryan made it as pleasant as possible.
