We had our vehicle in for a problem reported by the onboard computer. ATLR diagnosed the problem and provided us an online portal to select from their recommended services that was incredibly easy to use, and included detailed service and pricing information. The work was completed quickly, and communication was EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend giving ATLR a call next time your Toyota/Lexus needs service.Services: Transmission

Just visited with my new to me 100 Series Land Cruiser. What a fantastic experience. They gave the rig a good thorough once over and documented the findings with photos. We have a priority list of things to address, and I look forward to working with them to get them addressed.

I've used ATLR multiple times, and take the extra effort to bring my 1999 4Runner to them from a few hours away in the mountains. Always a positive experience. Things of note are the thorough inspections, simple communication via text, and peace of mind knowing the shop is very experienced at working with a specific make and model.

Love ATLR! After doing a significant amount of work on my vehicle, we had it back in the shop after a few weeks for a new issue. ATLR recognized that we had just paid a lot of money and they fixed the minor yet new issue (possibly caused by a different service provider) and didn’t charge for the labor. I love the way they explain issues in layman’s terms. They don’t try to upsell non-critical issues instead promising to keep an eye on potential issues. We are very impressed with ATLR and plan on using them for both our Toyota vehicles moving forward. Very honest company!

ATLR is the best. We took our 2001 4 Runner in with 490,000 miles on it for a problem with a slight miss when we started it in the mornings. After diagnosing the problem Cam, Worked really hard with us to come up with a solution to keep the 4 runner in top running condition. Everyone from the office to the mechanics went the extra mile to help us try and get that next 400,000 out of the car we love.Cam, Liz,The mechanics in the back, Chris and Jesse and everyone there are way above the rest out there for you Toyota or Lexus.Thanks everyone we will let you know when it rolls over 500,000We have also recommended many other to ATLR over the years who are just as happy with their service.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent customer service and service overall. First time in as a customer. Found on Nextdoor and right down the street to my surprise. Cam was a pleasure to work with and walked me through everything with the quote. He was able to get me in to fix my radiator and found a number of other items that needed attention as well. You all took care of me and am much appreciative for the quick turn around to get me back on the road.

Great service and follow up on my 2019 Tundra. I will be back for future service when needed. The inside of my truck smells like gear oil after the service was done. Just an FYI, not a deal breaker but poss from Techs test driving my car and some residual on uniforms maybe? The service process here is pretty high tech with photos and fluid testing for the customer via email and text. Super cool. Easy after hours pickup too with lock box available.

First experience with ATLR and it certainly won't be my last! Customer service is exceptional, with appointment reminders and prompt responses to my (many) questions. Drop off and pick up were very simple, even before/after business hours. Service issues and recommendations were all communicated in great detail, many issues included photos for me to inspect. I've never had that level of experience in person from a shop! I was able to approve all service and pay my bill very conveniently from my phone. For general maintenance or bigger issues, I won't hesitate to schedule with ATLR again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I’ve been taking my car to ATLR for a few years now, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Having an older vehicle with a few ailments, they are great at explaining what should to be done soon and what can wait. I have never felt pressured to have any work done on my car. Additionally, they are great at communicating, and Nikki is the best!

Came in for my check engine light being on. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them, but they were the most honest, kind people ever. They said my gas cap was just a bit loose and sent me on the way with the code cleared. Thank you so much! Honest people right here!

My wife and I brought in our Toyota Tacoma for a drive line issue. They checked over the entire vehicle and found some issues. Great reporting system to send to customers. Highly recommend. We will bring our vehicles back for sure.
