Prices here were extremely ridiculous. I came here expecting to spend $60 on clothes and left without a single thing because I refuse to spend the same or more than I would buying new.

I enjoyed the store, the selection, and the prices. The place was pretty clean, well laid out, and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is about their item screening process. You might want to take the time to THOROUGHLY inspect items before buying. I bought a shirt that still had its retail tags on and it fit well, so I didn’t inspect it as thoroughly. Unfortunately when I got home I found a MASSIVE tear on the back side. Oh well, seems like the employees did about as lazy of a job inspecting the clothes as I did.

Furniture prices are really high considering they get everything for free. Shoe rack shelf was $40. Dressers are $250 or more. Might as well get new furniture from American Furniture

Whoever is in charge of pricing here should be fired!
Do not shop here..Everything is marked up, and way more expensive then any other thrift store in Wheat Ridge or Arvada.

Terrible customer service. Awful experience. So bad we called the store manager and learned, it starts at the tops. While in the store we saw conflicting sale signs. We approached the clerk about it and she went off about how everybody knows that sign is for Saturday. How would we know? The sign reads Sale Today. The clerk then berated us from the aside demanding we tell her where the sign was posted. Shouting it’s not her job to know. Our experience was so bad we called the manager and he said they don’t have to honor the sign and there are two sides. Such a great cause. Too bad the personnel in the store don’t have the same regard and consideration for customers and customer service.

What is so special about this Thrift store? Goodwill has noticed their donations go down. As the prices went up. Yes everything costs more. But not this much, Someday a Thrift will open up and have bit lower prices. Yours may fail like Disabled veterans stores. ...

I love this place! Most of my shopping is done in thrift stores. During my most recent trip, a guy named Max was super helpful. ☺️ I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly such a great arc. So well organized and great selection!! I found so many cute tops and DRESSES im obsessed. Big enough for lots of options but small enough that i could basically look thru everything!! Not to mention all the employees are so sweet.

This store has the most expensive books I have seen out of any Arc Thrift or even Goodwill for that matter. They have books that range anywhere from 1-5 dollars on Ebay, and they'll price those books between 10-20 dollars per book. These books will also be imperfect, including scratches, bends, scrapes and highlighted marker over the words and underlined words in the books themselves. I have seen them price books even higher, but the picture is related to the programming manuals. You'd be better off buying your books just about *anywhere* else.
