Had a ring resized with this location a few years ago and the service was wonderful.
Today the ring broke where it had been resized and I called to ask about options to get it redone. The woman on the line responded in a nasty tone that it was outside of the 6 month window so no they couldn’t do anything unless I had a warranty. This is understandable but the tone was unnecessary and customer service was nonexistent.
Update, the store made it right, the manager took over and was very kind afterwards.

Me and my Fiancé went to look at wedding rings and we were greeted by Devina. Super sweet and caring. Asked us what we were looking for and what we liked. We ending up buying both right then and there. She was super nice and had a great attitude. Highly recommend!

Was looking for the perfect chain for my son and found it at Zales in Westminster! The store was very clean and well laid out. My sales representative, Devina C. was super helpful annd kind and made the purchase easy and quick. I’ll definitely be back for more jewelry!

I had a brand new ring resized and a personal ring resized. If I were to rate that experience, I would give this post a 2 to 3 star rating. However, the reason why I am giving a 5 star rating is because of the amazing customer service Dominique provided. She was willing to work things out to make it right and went above and beyond! She truly wanted me to be happy with my rings when the repairs came back and made sure I was notified every step of the process. Thank you sooo much Dominique for your expertise, for your patience, for your knowledge and professionalism! Zales is lucky to have you!!!

I've been here twice to get a Christmas ring for my girlfriend and a valentines necklace and pendent. Dominique was so helpful and friendly. Love going in when she's there makes the experience so much easier and worth the time and money.

Visited the store looking for rose gold diamond stud earrings on 12/29 and was shown a pair of pre-owned that were offered to me at 70% off.I returned the next day 12/30 to purchase them and suddenly they were only 50% off.When looking closer at them, I asked if the posts were supposed to be angled. Turns out they were both bent and would need to be sent out for repair.Very disappointed that in less than 24 hrs I was offered a significantly higher price for broken jewelry.When I informed the woman helping me that I would no longer be interested, she took the earrings behind the counter and left me there without offering to be of any more assistance.Poor products, poor service.
