I purchased a ring to add to my wife's wedding set and one of the small diamonds fell off the first day she wore it. When I took it back they informed me that unless I had purchased the extended warranty there was nothing they could do. I was flabbergasted but purchased the warranty so I could get the ring repaired. I always thought there was a 90 day warranty on workmanship. I was wrong. After working with the young man who originally sold me the ring and the other young man who worked with me on getting the repair done and my wife's set getting soldered, I am happy to say, I am so pleased with the service improvement. These gentlemen, were kind, polite and did everything they could to improve our experience with ZALES.What a come back in service. THANK YOU!

I have been in many times to get my ring cleaned and have had it sent in twice for minor fixes. I have never had a bad experience! Everyone has always been so nice!

Great experience today! Had to go in to get my some watch links taken out. Deion helped me right away, only took 5 minutes, and had some good conversation with their team while I waited.

I have been very impressed with Zale’s Jewelry Store. I have been in 3 times over the past three weeks to have batteries in my watches replaced. The employees have been very cordial and easy to work with.

I had been shopping for a new wedding ring since I was in the market to upgrade my original ring I got at Zales. With so many choices, Leon the store manager at the Westminster location made a very hard decision much easier. He was knowledgeable about the products and not a pushy salesman. I highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for jewelry.

I had a disappointing experience, because their sales guy was very unprofessional and rude. There was also a strong smell of weed coming from him¹ which was off putting. Zales should really consider hiring people who actually care about the way they present themselves and have pride for costumer service...
