Bryan Dais and Bryana Murphy worked really hard to get us an amazing house at a great price in a very competitive price range. They were available even at 10pm most nights if we were putting in a bid on a house late at night. I never asked a question they didn’t know the answer to. Once we started to really follow the advice they gave us, we were getting really good reception from sellers. They got us a house under contract in under 5 weeks. Bryan was awesome in his knowledge of the market and how to get our house ready for sale. He also was wonderful at working with other realtors to get feedback and to negotiate a deal that was good for all parties. Bryan was also able to get us a home on contingency based on the final closing of our current place. He made our contingent offer very desirable even though it was contingent and the sellers had turned down a previous contingent offer prior to ours. Bryan also knows homes and other professionals. He introduced us to the best lender ever and he had an excellent company do our inspection. He and his team were extremely responsive during the whole process and led us every step of the way, helping us with every detail. We couldn't have sold our place and bought a new place, closing on both on the same day without his help. He really is awesome!
