My service, there were 5 people waiting in line and 3 left because they carry a lot, and there were 4 cashiers and only 2 doing their job.

The manager saw us waiting for a banker and came over to talk to us and make sure we weren’t waiting too long. She checked on banked availability and got us in for help in between their appointments. The banker was very pleasant and clear, and we got everything set up to add me to an account pretty smoothly. Plus, lots of bilingual tellers and bankers

The people here are awesome! They are always friendly and attentive :). Unfortunately they need more help the average wait time to see a teller is about 20/30 minutes. Corporate needs to do a better job given them that help. AN ATM IS NOT A TELLER.

After 2 years of having a business accounts with Wells Fargo bank , I find out they do not do business credit reporting for your business credit report , as a small business trying to grow this was crucial, I’m gone around with them why they haven’t reported conflicting answers from several different associates, even one associate told me to go to chase bank there own employee , that is what I’m going to do I confirmed they do credit reporting for businesses , I would think twice about doing any kind of business banking with Wells Fargo unfortunately

This place allows masks, hoods, hats and sunglasses indoors. This Wells Fargo has been robbed multiple times. I was about to snap some IDIOT'S neck my last visit. I'll never go again. Work can find another way to deposit currency. Wells Fargo is putting their customers at risk and owes me a settlement!

AVOID! - TERRIBLE, SLOW SERVICE. Walk in at one pm on a weekday and wait forever. Some fat guy customer just babbled for 20 minutes and the customer service people took forever and finally the nasty fat guy got angry and farted.
