By far the worst experience I have had in any financial institution. S single teller inside at 4:00 in the afternoon is appalling. Then to wait thirty minutes for them to verify a checks validity from the State of Colorado is beyond understanding.

Been a member for many years and now twice in last year I’ve had major issues accessing my funds,very frustrating and disappointed with the service. Maybe time for a change

This branch wouldn't deposit a savings bond into my account, due to a small discrepancy on the bond. Went to another branch directly following and had no issues with the deposit. I will refrain from using the branch in the future as other branches in the area are more helpful and willing to assist.
