Sometimes I overlook the one star reviews and wish I didn’t. That was the case today. Just came in to get some guidance on some future potential issues with my account. The teller told me that the banker had time at 11:30am (it was 10:30am) and if it would be ok if they called me. So I did. Instead of leaving I waited an hour for the call in the parking lot. Then after that a half hour past the appointment and nothing. One and a half hours for help that never came. What a gigantic waste of my time. The reviews on this branch are accurate. I won’t come back and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know what a waste of time it is to come here.
1:40….still no call back
4/2/24….still no call back
4/4/24…still no call back
(Tania, thank you for your reach out but would you work with such unreliable staff? Why would I waste any more of my time with employees that obviously need to be forced to spare 10 minutes of their time to help someone?) I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 2014 and never been treated with such disregard. I will not generalize with other branches. My complaint is exclusive to this one. I’m happy to add to the long list of complaints that so many people have posted. I appreciate your intent to resolve but frankly it’s too late. Thank you.

This bank has gone from great to bad to the worst brand ever I’ll close my account so I don’t have to deal with the racism and preferences they have. Not a genuine entity at all. No wonder all the problems they had and lawsuits I’m finally starting to see there true colors

Avoid this branch, and avoid this bank altogether. Wells Fargo has been involved in one scandal after another over the last decade, while constantly being investigated by the SEC, for fraudulent, criminal behavior. To make matters worse, they treat long term customers absolutely terrible. I've been a customer for over 30 years, and I used to have multiple checking, savings, college, and mortgage accounts, most of which have been closed due to poor customer service, high fees, and bad rates. I only have one checking account and credit card remaining, mainly for discretionary spending, which will be cancelled as well in the near future. The current CEO of this company should be in prison, along with the entire board of directors and senior leadership being shown the door, for allowing such bad behavior to have transpired over the last 10+ years. If Wells Fargo has an opportunity to charge a customer extra fees, they will do so without hesitation. If they can intentionally cause a customer to overdraw an account by slow walking deposits, and then charge them penalties afterwards, they will do so. The point being that Wells Fargo does not exist to serve their customers. They exist solely to make money in any way possible, and their constantly deflating stock value is reflective of that unfortunate greed. To sum things up, there is ZERO reason for any new customer to join this bank. The competition is far better. Even existing customers should consider leaving this bank as well. When one thinks of Wells Fargo, the image of a stage coach being chased by armed robbers often comes to mind. But in an odd twist of fate, it's the bank itself robbing customers nowadays. As it stands, the bank probably won't survive much longer, and a merger with it's superior competition is probably inevitable. Wells Fargo used to be a great bank, and it truly is disheartening to see how far they've fallen over the years.

I awoke this morning to find that my account is overdrawn $60 from pending charges from days ago when I asked what my overdraft protection had done for me they said you were notified by email at 9pm last night an email I did not receive until approximately 11pm after I had gone to bed I went to wells fargo personally and was told they could not help me and to call the customer service number who's robot had me going in circles until an agent again told me they could not help wells fargo making money off of those who have very little is greedy reprehensible and immoral I urge others not to bank here and I myself will no longer

I sold my vehicle and had the buyer meet me at this location where the Manager assisted us in making the transaction run smooth. He took extra precaution by calling the bank to verify that the cashiers check I received was good before depositing it in my account and he was all around very helpful and kind

This bank continually screws my partner and I over. For months now they've put a week hold on each of his checks which cause us to bounce checks and incur late fees. It's getting to the point we're missing most of our bill due dates. I've NEVER been late on my payments until coming to Wells Fargo. Worst financial institution ever! I hate ALL of you for what you've done and I intend on making a HUGE scene when I come in to close our accounts. You WILL reimburse us for the late fees we've had to pay because of your incompetence.

Arrived today at exactly 4:30pm and was greeted with "how may we help you?" I replied, "i would like to open a new account". The large Hispanic male teller then looked at his watch and then looked over at his tall Caucasian male counterpart and then began to give a rather unpleasant response stating that it was too late to open an account and that i may go online to schedule an appointment or open an account online. I then asked, "may i schedule an appointment with one of you?". Teller response was a firm "NO". To my bewilderment, i asked for clarification by saying "there are 4 humans in this office looking at me and none of you are able/capable of helping me to schedule an appointment to open a new account? The tall Caucasian male retorted another firm" THAT IS CORRECT!". It appears that the brick and mortar office at this location is simply window dressing for Wells Fargo and that the only role of the humans in this office is to tell customers to leave and go online for their banking needs. I must have expected too much by assuming that i would be pleasantly assisted with ensuring that i am able to open a new account with Wells Fargo - Apparently NOT! Treating high net worth individuals like pond scum is not a successful long term business model and my review will have no impact, i am sure, as this type of behavior is promoted from the top-down, however, i needed to get this unsavory experience off my chest. Toodles!

Wells Fargo locked me out of my online portal. I called and waited a long time to talk with somebody. The woman said she could not hear me and hung up on me. Terrible service. I have too much money with them to be treated this badly!

My first bank was with Wells Fargo and I opened an account when I was 18 which was a proud moment. Most of the years I have had no issues (until the scandal when they stole money from people) because I have barely done anything with my bank except accept checks and occasionally spend. When I moved to New York I got Chase and I found out what a helpful bank was. They always had my back and took me seriously. I tried to cancel and close my account 3 times over 9months or more with Wellsfargo. Some how I was still getting charged on paused and closed credit cards. After cooperating with customer service (literally if you listened to the recording today at 8/26 at 11:45am MT) your hear a calm customer asking questions getting confused by why no one knows why or how there are auto payments and why I have overpayment off cards. Good bye Wells Fargo. There are better options.

Wells Fargo does not take ownership period. If you have a serious issue, good luck in getting someone to follow through to be sure things are resolved, Wells Fargo Executive Escalation people don't care at all, its disgusting to have to fight for your own money,, I hate this bank
