“I went in on a day that seemed like it was busier than usual. The staff was incredibly nice and very fast. They were awesome getting me what I needed taking care of quickly, And it was a more personalized experience and less transactional like you find at some banks or other businesses these days.”
“Have worked with Vectra since 2017, first for a HELOC, then for a business account, and just yesterday opened a checking and savings account with them. Working with the bankers is easy. They're so nice. Very close to my house and convenient for us!”
“Carlo my personal banker was extremely helpful in opening an account. I was referred by radio and hadn't been able to get into lobby, however I called in and was greeted graciously. The process was fast and painless. They also make change for the fortune 500 company down the street on occasion. I would recommend understanding terms, don't let your balance go negative or opt out of overdraft, set up savings coverage. Because even if you cover the debits w credits it triggers their over draft protection.”
“This is a true small business owners bank. Their methods, customer service and efficiencies are solid for personal accounts but beyond excellent for business accounts. Significantly superior to other 'local' and national banks I have had accounts at in the past. If you own a business and are frustrated by the common and constant shortcomings and shortsightedness of your current financial institution, feeling like you will be institutionalized dealing with them any longer, then gain some sanity and improve your financial flexibility by moving your accounts to MVBofC.”

“Went here to get around 10 forms notarized. The instructions were very specific. We worked with German, and he was excellent. He was very patient with us as we took the time to make sure we filled out the documents accurately. We even had to call the company who sent the documents to verify a few questions we had and he waited patiently for us to do this. It probably took us almost two hours to get through all of them. Additionally, he paid attention to detail to ensure he notarized the forms correctly in the right places. He asked us to verify everything before we left and asked questions to ensure he filled things out correctly as we went (like his stamp didn't fully stamp on one page, so he asked if he should cross it out and initial, or restamp). Really appreciate German and helping us get this right the first time! It was very tedious. Also, bonus, FirstBank doesn't charge to notarize documents if you have an account with them!”

“I don't often write reviews but noticed a few when checking open hours on website for Westminster location. I've banked with TBK since opening several years ago, Valley Bank before. Am often in lobby and drive thru. I have never encountered an unpleasant staff member. Always a hello with a smile, quick transactions and a thank you. Have called branch with questions and receive the same excellent customer service. Never treated like a just another checking account number. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else.”
“I have left many compliments with different branches and locations for First Bank as we got several accounts of them and normally they have got the best customer service. However I did have a very terrible experience yesterday with whoever I was interacting with that led to my first official complaint. As I don’t really see complaints as necessary however having a business account I felt the manner of the request and how it was addressed from the individual for First Bank handled it in a very disrespect way. Today the branch manager Melanie called and followed up on the complaint, I felt very heard, I felt my complaint was taken seriously and more importantly be used as a training for customer Service especially business to business customer service. Melanie you did a great job I thank you very much!! I am obviously going to stick with you as I have had 1000 more a great experiences than this one Terrible one yesterday.
