I was at self checkout paid for my stuff. & Billy is working self checkout. As i’m walking towards the door he yells at Paul who is the door greeter to check my receipt which i hand it to him. Both accuse me of stealing water jugs. When clearly is on the bottom of my receipt. Asks me to go to customer service which i do and they check it out and let me go. The fact you guys have two gentlemen team up to harass and accuse people of stealing is beyond unprofessional. WALMART do better. & management let employees know they get paid to help and assist customer needs. NOT to accuse people of stealing. Especially when i never denied giving my receipt to the door greeter.

This Walmart is horrible. No one here has a sense of urgency. You ring the bells for help and it takes 20 minutes for someone to show up. You have to hunt people down for help

This isn’t for Walmart per se, but specifically Anita in the money services department.
Anita was *chefs kiss* ?
Thank you so much for making my stressful day soooo much better!

I don't understand why we not only have to scan all of our own groceries but all the food keeps getting more expensive. Pay more for product then we are pre judged, babysat while we scan our own products, then re inspected before we leave the store... this "experience" is no longer adding up. If you don't want people to steal, (assuming thats why were watched and inspected) pay a liveable wage and hire anyone, don't become a security company that sells groceries. You don't pay enough for that kind of loyalty.

I walked in for nothing more than batteries. Turns out their batteries are locked up and nobody had the keys. It was a bunch of teenagers to mid 20’s running the store and not a single one of the managers knew who had the key. Something that should’ve taken 5 minutes ended up taking 20 and I still never got my batteries. All I was told was have a nice day. Store is ghetto and unprofessional

Way too overcrowded with illegal immigrants and walmart refuses to put more employees out to accommodate so you end up standing I'm line foe an hour. Thisnis ridiculous and I'm going to start going to Target or King Sooper if it doesn't stop.

Everything is locked up and there's no one to assist. Guess they want you to just look at their merchandise and not buy it.

One of the better Walmart supercenter in Denver area.
Convenient access from Sheridan and 72nd with very large parking lot, no problem to accommodate even holiday shopping.
Good garden section as well.
Lots deal when seasonal changes.

3 lanes open. Self checkout 15 items or less... terrible customer service. I should have drove to the Broomfield location.
