Veronica was AMAZING! for someone having bad experiences with stylists in the past, she was very reassuring and made me super comfortable! customer service was 100/10! super friendly and helpful! definitely coming back here. recommending family and friends :)

Veronica nails every.single.time. She's beyond phenomenal in skill. I have really curly hair, and I have yet to have a poor experience, whether from cutting to (actual, legitimate) balayage. She's super personable as well. She gives insane scalp massages followed by aromatherapy, complete w a hot towel. Her hand massages are soooooo lovely. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. Like, ever.

Veronica really helped bring my curls to life! She was very attentive and answered any questions I had. The balayage color she recommended for my hair was so well blended and looks natural but has some pop to it! First of all, I am very picky about my hair. She did a great job though on layering my hair. Listened to what I was looking for and didnt overcut it. Felt comfortable and will definitely be back.

Forever, I thought my requests were too difficult as I could never find anyone to satisfy my picky hair cutting needs.
