Came in because my phone with T-Mobile wasn't working and Aaron hooked me up with an amazing deal on a phone and a watch!!! Definitely ask for him to help with all of your phone needs!

5 plus stars! I went in to get a new phone and internet and was greeted by Aaron. His customer service was outstanding! He actually listened to me as I told him what I needed. He was very professional and clearly knows what he is doing. It was by far the easiest and least stressful experiences purchasing a phone/ internet that I have ever had! I would highly recommend that you go to this location and ask for Aaron for any of your Verizon needs! It will be well worth your time wherever you are coming from!

My wife and I required much help switching to new phones, and a young man named Malachi was so amazing and so helpful, and helping us was a lengthy process, he knew all the products and what the best options were and never made us feel uncomfortable even though it took over an hour to do everything we needed. Great service, great store, great employee!

I had a wonderful experience getting an iphone today. Drew was super friendly and helpful and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate that he stayed after closing just a few minutes while he made sure my phone was setup properly. Absolutely ? recommend anyone to visit this location if you're needing a new phone!

I had trouble with my phone and went to get help. Kent was so helpful, kind, and detailed. Normally, this sort of thing would have been very unpleasant, but Kent made it a pleasant experience. If you have any needs go see Kent. He also seems to have good and caring staff there.

Kent delivered the best customer experience I’ve ever had in a cell phone store. His patience, care, understanding and human compassion is unparalleled.
He assisted my friend, who is a recent widow, with a complicated phone issue.
Ultimately ensuring that she did not lose photos, contacts and other irreplaceable memories that were locked in her old phone.

This is the WORST Verizon store in the country! I showed up today at 2 PM to upgrade my phone, Switch to a business account and add home internet. The initial purchase was pretty quick. They quickly charged me $380 to buy out my old phone and then charge me another $137 for the taxes on the new phone and then they sent me on my way.( They forgot to put the phone in my business account and the guy used the "F" word while talking about how SLOW the home internet was. ( He literally talked me out of it) I got home only to realize that they did not hook up the new phone. I went back to the store to get the phone hooked up, they sent me on my way. only for me to get home and realized that they sold me the WRONG phone. They sold me the S 23 instead of the S 24. So I go back to the store and I wait another 45 minutes. For some reason, they could not unwind the previous sale. Even the people in customer service on the phone were unable to unwind the previous sale. So I asked for my money back. Apparently the $380 I spent to buy out my phone is UNREFUNDABLE!!!! So I accomplished absolutely nothing today. I spent 5 1/2 hours at this Verizon store for me to pay $380 to stay in my old phone???? then when I was asked what they were gonna do about it A gentleman in braids told me "it is what it is". I asked who was gonna be the manager tomorrow and the gentleman in the braids said "not me" so is he a manager? Was there a manager on duty? Absolutely laughable customer service at this store. Who's training these people? LOL. Then they acted like I did a good thing by buying old phone. The guy told me it's like buying off a car loan??? Uuuuh excuse me? No it's not. It like showing up to a dealership to get a new car and the salesman encourages you to NOT get a new car and to just payoff your old car.
