We signed up for an appointment and we waited over hour to be waited on to help us set up a device. To set up a device they charge $30 to help you. They can't even honor their scheduled appointments, they should not even offer help set up! The staff is terrible!!! Horrible experience!!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this store. I specifically want to give a shout out to Dominique. I've had two interactions with her. Once to buy a Samsung watch and another to trade in a phone. On both occasions she was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a lot of fun!

What a great store! Any time I want to look at something or have questions regarding my phone or account, I am never disappointed. There is a huge variety of phones, tablets and accessories. Plus, service here is excellent. The staff has an extraordinary amount of knowledge and treats people well. There is plenty of parking and a number of other retail shops and movie theater so if you want to make a day out of it, choices are abundant. I highly recommend this location if you need assistance or looking for a new phone.

Yesterday my GPS stopped working and kept crashing. My husband and I tried to fix the issue for about an hour last night with no luck. Anthony, the manager, fiddled around with my phone for about 5 minutes and was able to fix the issue and didn't charge us anything. I couldn't recommend this store enough!!! They know exactly what they are doing and are very knowledgeable.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience at the Verizon store in the Orchard Shopping Center. Dominique, the customer service representative, was exceptional. She assisted us in switching from AT&T, going above and beyond by staying late to ensure a smooth transition. Her dedication and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Dominique is amazing, and I highly recommend this Verizon store for their outstanding service.

Watch out for the screen protector scam, the sales people are happy to lie at this location, when I showed my frustration with being misled they laughed and fought with me, then smirked at me through the window as I walked away. Reading all the other reviews this store is a nightmare will not be returning.Verizon corporate is very misleading with their Zagg screen protector policy and this stores employees were confrontational when I was confused, so I guess it’s corporates fault but either way left feeling disrespected and mislead.

The people were friendly but the lack of training the staff has to help process new accounts and updates makes it hard to get anything done. We weee there for a simple line transfer and for some reason it was not working and after 2 hrs of being there they told us to come back in the next day or schedule a phone call to get it transferred no big deal but the information given to me was not correct. None of it was. We were told we would have a phone by a certain date and turns out that's when it gets shipped out. So please take the time to train your employees to know the difference.

No stars. Will never return here. People are RUDE and don't listen to what you want. Had to visit her twice. If this is the only Verizon store left. I will change my carrier first before going back.I did come back the next day because my phone was still not working. They finally gave me the SIM card I had asked for the first night. And then they would not help me with anything else. And then they told me I had to leave. I did not want to leave until I figured out my phone, because I knew once I did I would not be able to get any further help from Verizon cuz their phone services are closed as well. So even on my second day there it did not have a good experience. I will never never be back!!

Have had an account with Verizon for 25 yrs, 15 of those a business account. This store cannot help with anything but phone sales. I just want to transfer a line off my business account. Store can't help, phone number they give no one is working at and the online chat can only help with sales. Honestly, doesn't anyone care about customer service anymore?
