We purchased two phones up in Loveland off of Denver Ave which has a superb staff, but one had to be shipped from Westminster. We purchased the phone on a Saturday, and were told it would be shipped out Monday. The package/phone sat at the store and nobody would give it to the FedEx driver for pickup for over 3 days, even though it has its package label printed on Monday, they just shipped it out Thursday evening. It may be the insubordination of just one employee, but that makes the whole interaction rotten. I have only had bad luck with phones froms.Verizon the past few years, this is the last time I use Verizon.

I went into the store just to get my son a gizmo watch and I ended up upgrading my phone and my galaxy watch. Cj the man who helped me said that my bill would only be about 180-190 a month which was about a 60 increase from my current bill and I was OK with that. What he failed to tell me was that he added 2 more lines to my account and added protection to all devices( I only wanted protection on the new phone and gizmo watch) and even added some home protection that I never heard of or was talked about while I was sitting with him. And never added the Disney bunlde that I asked for. my next month's bill was going to be 642 and new monthly bill would be 453. I do not appreciate the rep adding things to my account without my acknowledgment or my consent I lost all trust in Verizon

We had a really bad experience here. First, we were not told about all of the fees that we were about to experience. Second, the trade in was never properly handled so 4 months after we traded in the phone I had to call in and ask them to please figure out why we weren't getting our trade in credit. Third we were told that we would get Disney plus for free and that was a lie.

Martina Nugent helped my husband and I with new phones. She was extremely thorough and pleasant to work with. We hope she will stay at this location as we plan on requesting her when we next need phone assistance.She has gone above and beyond our expectations regarding customer service.

I hate to leave negative reviews and I am sure some people have had a good experience. But I would highly recommend going directly to a Verizon store and not here. My bill has been significantly wrong (confirmed multiple times on my contract) for almost 3 months. Anytime I would go in to get help or even my phone, I got sass, ignored or told that the original rep has to help me and to leave. I am finally getting some help directly from customer service and they are fixing my problem but the lack of support and professionalism here has made this a very hard process. (My own job has a level of customer service and I understand there is a line with customers. But I guarantee another location will provide a better experience. )

Antonio was awesome! After calling 4 other stores that no one answered and only one had a voice mail. I had several old phones that still worked and I had questions about if they are usable in any way and without have to go into a store he new the how to find out and walked me through it. He was able to answer all my questions about each of the 6 phones. He is polite, willing, knowledgeable and informative. Thank you for all the good help!
