My package was stolen out of this location. I ship stuff regularly and I understand the tracking system. My box never made it out this UPS store. It only has the drop off confirmation. One of your employees stole my customers phone this is unacceptable. I worked hard for UPS ?. And this is how you repay the people that make this whole operation work. I am disappointed in this company once again.

They are so nice here. But when I do multiple amazon returns they are mixing up the labels and its causing amazon to say items never returned. But it was. Very frustrating.

Justice, employee #220334, was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I needed 50 - 5 page petitions copied with very explicit instructions. Between the two of us, we got er' done with very few irritations.
