I came to the store some days ago and Felicia helped me find an eye shadow. She was very professional and helpful. If you guys need someone to help you find a pallet you should ask for Felicia, she'll do a wonderful job assisting you. I totally recommend her ??

Management listened to my concerns and was very kind. Shaylah (I hope I spelled that correctly) fixed my eyebrows as best as she could and the store didn’t even charge me for the service. She spent time with me trying to even them out and taught me how to fill in with an eyebrow pencil. Wheatridge waxed off more than half an eyebrow with the other uneven completely. This location is fabulous and was very welcoming and warm.

Had one of the best experiences at this ulta compared to the store I usually go to. Milo was so sweet, attentive and kind when making small talk with me:) definitely had a great experience at this store.

I'd like to make a comment about how employees are treated at Ulta. You would think that this would be a great place for employment for young girls starting out working and for women working in a woman's environment. This is not been the case they intimidate young girls, make them feel very bad about themselves. The management team does not step up and do what they are supposed to do, but they take credit For being management. I have been in management And HR for over 45 years. I have to say I'm appalled of how they treat their employees.

Had my eye brows waxed and tinted by Mikey. She did a great job! Eye brows look better than ever. She is very nice and friendly. I will definitely go back to her! Thank you Mikey!

I now remember why I like to order online it's because every time I go in person they follow me and they look at me like I'm going to take something it's funny because other than yesterday the last time I was there they were watching my daughter and I so closely that they didn't notice that someone else was stealing that was from their own race. Please don't assume that because we do not look like you that it means we are there to cause trouble. Thank you.

Meh! Just don’t ever put an online order at the cash register because I guess the cashiers get confused with one or two customers in the line that they put whatever shipping address they desire. Especially Maria I’ve had to jump so many loops and hoops to be able to get this one liner that could’ve been shipped to me and like two days. unfortunately, they didn’t have the movie star color pop BFF gel liner that I wanted so one of the girls had suggested that I just order it and have it shipped off to me. That never happened and I never really put any kind of online orders because of this, it has happened to my friends in the past. But I decided to since it was a rainy day and it wasn’t that busy in the store. Well, this is how it went.

Went in, I was non stop asked if I needed help, by the same people over and over again. Couldn’t shop in peace. Very annoying. I wasn’t stealing so not sure why they wouldn’t leave me alone!

Love this location!!
Ashley helped me match my skin tone and find a new foundation… it was SPOT ON. She also helped me find other products I needed (contour stick and roller lash benefit mascara)
All the employees here are incredible - can’t recommend enough !
