I was double charged for a product after the lady at the register legitimately would not let me check out until I gave a name and phone number. Leave this joke of an establishment alone ? I wanted to come purchase for a simple product not be forced into giving out my information in order to make it out the door

I had a make up lesson - was charged double what I was told. I attempted to discuss with the manager, Cheyenne, who was rude and told me I was responsible for the double charge even though I only signed up for 1 session. Manager stated I should have tracked the time and let the make up artist know when she was going over not the make up artist alerting me!

Do not come to this Ulta. The staff is so oblivious to anything and everything. Staff was just standing at the counter talking while I waited with my product to check out for over 10 min - then she told me that’s not where the line starts instead of checking me out…. There was no one there when I walked up how would I know which side is the line and why should it matter you saw me standing there… just check me out. I left my stuff on the counter and walked out.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOUR TEENS PURCHASE FROM ULTA... The cashiers continue to tell customers that in order to return items, Ulta MUST have their phone numbers. Without a phone number, they can not return an item. That is NOT Ulta policy, but it's what cashiers are trained to do in order to get people's cell phone numbers. Shame on Ulta for scaring and deceiving teens.
Saw your response, this has been an ongoing issue for years, it's the way your stores are training their employees. It's a shame that they are trained to scare kids into giving their phone numbers.

Great place, staff is helpful and friendly. They're not pushy either. I like that they were there to help meet my needs and they're suggestions did just that. Amanda gave me a great curl haircut.

If you want to feel ignored by pretentious kids wearing expensive make up, Ulta at Orchard is the place to go. Have a question? Good luck getting someone to answer correctly. Need to get color matched? You'll have to wait until someone decides to do their job. Ulta has gone down hill in the last couple of years
