Bad customer service. I called them to check on the status of my order since I was in the area, but they immediately hung up on me. I physically went in and found the workers just standing around doing nothing. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Ulta and nothing I would expect from them. Online it says up to 2 hours for pickup orders, but I was told it could be up to 4. Doesn’t make sense for them to tell me something different from what is said online. Won’t be going back for a while due to poor experience.

The cashier jaere was rude, she pulled her cell phone out and started texting before I was even done with my transaction! Horrible customer service!

THE WORST SERVICE, the first time I went to make the appointment the girls were laughing and never served well, then I went to my hair appointment and it was the opposite of what I asked for, I did not get the results I wanted but I decided to give it a second chance and I only wasted time and money because even the way they put the aluminum and the dye are evil, and when washing your hair they pull you really badly and the result was just as horrifying, they left black parts and blonde parts and in the back was my hair it was all black, so where was my blonde? LOOK FOR ANY OTHER SALON the staff is terrible they are not 100% trained, in fact I think they learned from youtube or tiktok. And I can assure you that my 7 year old sister can do a better job.

Had a great experience here with Cheyenne one of the managers. I received the wrong item from another store and while she couldn't help me here she did everything she could to make sure the other store was aware of their mistake and had the product I needed in stock! Thank you so much for all the help and attention you gave! This is why I usually always shop at this location!

I would not recommend this location at all. When I entered the store, it was dirty, disorganized, and most of their stock was depleted. It felt like a going-out-of-business sale with how poorly stocked, unkempt, and chaotic the store was. Additionally, the customer service was abysmal. The employees were more focused on gossiping about their colleagues and customers than assisting me. When I finally got someone to help me, they were unable to operate their POS. I strongly suggest going to a different location for a better shopping experience.
