Not the place to refill propane. Expect wait times of over 40 mins and excuses of how they can't refill your propane when they filled the same tank 2 weeks ago...best believe propane refill is their last priority.

They will rent you a truck they know damn good and well is broken so when it has a problem and you've got all your shut loaded inside it can break and you have to call roadside assistance. The people that work at this place a incompetent and unresponsive. You can't even call the office if you break down because they're so incompetent they can't even answer the god damn phone! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place is a fucking joke!

I should have written this a long time ago, as now I can't remember everyones names..but I will say they helped save my weekend! I had rented a teardrop trailer that had a different utility hook up than what my car had..and after running to 2 different auto parts stores in search of an adapter, I landed at this U-Haul location.. The young man that helped me was wonderful!! He did not have the adapter I needed, but he was able to figure out how to work with what he had..and rewired quickly so I had lights and blinkers for the tow!! I can't thank them enough! So helpful and really went above and beyond! Excellent customer care!

This U-Haul location did a great job with my hitch installation. Chris Taylor, the Gen Mgr, and his associate Samatha were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone who needs help with a truck rental or hitch installation.

Worst U-haul location ever. I made a reservation to have a hitch installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up wasting 3 full days. Day 1: dropped off vehicle first thing in the morning only to get a call later in the day to let me know nothing was done because the hitch was bent and could not be installed. Scheduled a second visit for the following week and asked Chris if it would be completed then, he guaranteed me it would unless the part was faulty again. Day 2 (Thursday), drop off vehicle first thing in the morning, status in all day, only to find out that he broke a bolt. Chris tells me he has ordered it and can get to it "tomorrow/Friday" guarantee. I remind him i need it done before Saturday and he guarantees it'll be done. Day 3, drop it off, stays in all day and Chris calls me to tell me he couldn't find the bolt after telling me earlier that he had already found one at a different U-haul. 3 days wasted and nothing completed. The only thing they did was break a part. I ended up having to rent a vehicle to tow the trailer. The only thing they did right was to process my refund and eventually replace the broken bolt. I had to remind him of a VIP coupon he had offered as an apology. Sorry to say, but i lost my trust in U-haul. Sucks that there aren't many options. If i could give them a zero, i would. Find another location if you can.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. I do not write reviews because I've never had a horrendous experience like this before... I made a reservation online a month out from when I would need a trailer hitch installed. The day of my appointment (one month later), I received a call saying they don't have the parts and they need a week to reschedule. A week later, on the day of the newly rescheduled appointment, I received a call saying they still don't have the parts. I don't understand the lack of foresight here. There was no respect for my time in notifying me the day of that the parts were still not available. Another week goes by, and I finally drop my car off to get the hitch installed. Just to get a call several hours later saying they were unable to install the hitch and I would need to take my car in to have the "bolts" cleaned so they could finish their installation. I had at this point waited three weeks past my initial appointment (that was made a month ahead of time) just to hear I need to go somewhere else and spend more money so that Uhaul could do their job. I picked up the parts I had purchased through Uhaul after a horrible interaction with the employees who do not know what inventory they have, or what parts they are even looking at. I waited patiently over an hour for an employee to talk with his manager on his cellphone, ON SPEAKER, with other customers around us. The employee needed to ask what parts were what on my receipt and if he could give them to me... what?! I took my car to a dealership and they told me to never use a Uhaul again, that there was nothing wrong with the "bolts" on my car and that this Uhaul in particular should not be allowed to install hitches or conduct any other car maintenance. I took my car in to a garage and they installed a hitch in 30 minutes flat. No rescheduling, no confusion period. Unfortunately no one else will install Uhaul equipment, but I eventually returned all of the purchased items and received a refund after hours of back-and-forth with Uhaul Support. All in all, do not go here. I cannot be more honest.

Well, there is service, but it's far from friendly. I felt more like I had been processed that helped. The no contact check-in was so arduous that I had to go in. There was no "hello" or greeting. Just a "wait outside." When it was my turn, I'm not sure that he knew I was there. He got up and left. When he returned he said it was ready. I did a vehicle inspection. All good. I asked three times for the dolly I reserved and was off. The truck was good, worked well. The "sanitizing" they say happens felt questionable, given the dusty dashboard. But, I kept my mask and eye protection on, opened the windows, and felt ok. It was not dirty, but sanitized felt like an overstatement. Returning it was a breeze. Although, they called two days later to ask what time I returned it. Thankfully, I took lots of pictures of it when I brought it back, which were time stamped. But that was curious. So, vehicle was certainly good, I'd say 5 stars. Friendly, or even courteous, service is 1 star. So, I averaged it out.

This was the worst experience with a rental service my family and I have ever had. We had reserved a moving van for a Sunday morning at 7:30am. The day before we completed all of the necessary steps to complete the online pick up the next morning. We arrive the next morning to pick up the van. The website said that we couldn't pick up the van until they opened at 9:00 am although our reservation clearly stated that it was a 7:30 am online pick up. We proceeded to call the 800 number and were unable to be helped because that department wasn't open until 9:00 am either. There was the managers number on the door to the office, we texted, called, and left several voicemails for the manager. We received no response at all. We went back at 9:00 am after calling the office to make sure they were open and no response. We then had to wait in line for 20 minutes although the company had failed to prepare our pick up at 7:30 am. We were then told that we were told to complete a long process of uploading pictures of the van before we were able to take it. When we asked for help (because the company had already failed in providing us with our order,) we were told that they would not help us. This was a horrible experience and we will be requesting a full refund for the failed completion of our order and the hours cut into our rental time, as well as the inability by the manager to return any of our phone calls or texts.

A female staff member at this location has extremely poor customer services skills to the degree that she should be fired or retrained. This incident involved her promising me to refill my propane tank in a minute and then she proceeded to serve three other customers. After 15 minutes, I pointed out that first come first serve is appropriate she escalated into excuses and other rude discourse. Poor customer service skills and business practices at this location. I do not recommend getting your propane tank filled at this location until they hire better staff and more staff. In addtion, I will not go to this location until they show proper social distancing measures and the employees wear masks.

What a great bunch. I got there around 7:30 am Though we were sleepy Roger was really entertaining and informed if he didn't have the info the other guy was super helpful. Took care of me really quickly and I even had enough time to tell them a few jokes. Out of the two other U-Haul I visited. This one was actually clean and organized and plenty of moving things : boxes bubble wrap tape it was nice to have choices. The other stores had at most two sizes box dust every where Totally recommend this store in the Thornton, Northglenn, Westminster area

I have used this shop many times and have always had a great experience. It was Friday which seemed to impact volume greatly from moving on a Saturday. Checking in today was super easy--Jessica was so efficient, kind, and attentive. The truck drove great. We spent the extra $10 on the little bit bigger truck because I really like the ramp. We returned it late afternoon. The checkout process was super easy as well. Lane was professional and upbeat. No doubt we will have moving needs again in the future, and we'll be back. Thanks for the great service.

I wish I could have chosen negative stars. Worst uhaul experience ever. We were double charged after we waited thirty minutes to speak to an employee. We were the only customers there and we are pretty sure the staff member that did return our vehicle had been somewhere smoking. After our thirty minute wait, the truck was seven minutes late. Seven minutes cost us nearly $70. Actually returning the truck twenty three minutes early cost an entire second day, for which we didn't even use the truck because it was already at Uhaul. The staff was rude on both occasions and we have been lied to by management. This is very clearly their business model, they make extra profits by double charging. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. It would be cheaper to rent a pickup from enterprise. Actually, it would be cheaper to hire a moving company.

Reserved online a 6 x 12 trailer. When I was there they could not find the reservation. Then then thought I was renting an auto dolly transporter. Totally technology challenged when it came to using their computer system. Employees could have cared less about me or any sort of customer service. You could tell this was just "a job" to them and I was an inconvenience to them. When I rented the trailer for 18 hours (less than a day), they tried to charge me for two days and doubled the price. Not sure what was going on other than trying to get more money out of me. I would expect more from UHaul. Not sure how this store can even be part of a nationwide company with such poor service.

Worst experience ever! I would avoid doing business with this place, at all cost. Horribly long lines-had to wait over one hour for a truck we reserved well in advance. And.......long story short, we dropped off the truck after hours on a Sunday night. The following day they said the truck was missing and accused us of stealing it. They even called the police on us! The manager Jessica Espinoza is the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. Stay far away from this place!
