Waited for over an hour when they told me it would only be 30-45 mins to get here. No one ever showed up and THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER called me telling me he would be here very shortly. When I called them after waiting a long time neither the tow trucker driver answered nor the towing company.

I called to see if I can have a tow less then a mile not mention my wife called the place as me we happened to call at the same place at the same time once the guy knew we were calling about the same tow he told my wife he’d rather talk to a man then deal with the woman then ended the call with her to jump back on the other line with me, without even asking for an exact address of where my vehicle was at he just randomly spits out $185 that wasn’t even a base tow or nothing then tells me that the rate not even a mile or 2 i laughed and said no thanks called WES Towing and the guy treated my wife right and was way less I would avoid this place at all Costs a guy just randomly picks up the phone spits out random price probably won’t even take care of your vehicle. I would proceed with caution.

The manager was very helpful in towing my car, I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He gave me clarification on everything I needed to do and how the process works. Very good service.

Okay, you have an accident. It's hot outside an there is no shade. Rental car has to be arranged, insurance info exchanged. Two hours later the damaged vehicle is still sitting there because towing services are backed up. Enter "Towing and Road Services" and a nice guy named Leonard. He had us on the way home in 20 minutes. Thanks guys.

Waited 2 and a half hours they never showed up and I couldn’t reach them to confirm an eta because they didn’t answer their phone and had no voicemail box set up to receive messages so I couldn’t even cancel service had someone else arrive before they even showed up

Waited over 2 hours and the guy never showed up. Tried calling the number again several times to find out ETA because he said it was only 30-40 minutes to wait to be towed. Had to call someone else who came out within 30 minutes. Very unprofessional to do a no show especially in the winter and we were broken down in the middle of a road where we couldn’t move the vehicle.

Awful service. I called for roadside service and the person said I called the wrong number. I clarified if it was a towing company and the person quickly hung up.

The guy who answered phone was extremely rude. Asked for a estimate and he said do you think I have.a GPS in fro t of me and hung up. Lmfao.

Called to have a truck move 1.5 miles. Was told 30 minutes, three hours later had to cancel. All while my wife and two girls sat in the truck waiting. Terrible and rude dispatch. Dont use.
