Terrible service, my sibling and I were looking at a backpack and one of the girls was treating us like we were going to steal something, she had curly hair and she was following us everywhere, she literally stood right in front of us making us very uncomfortable. We came into the store with the intention of buying 4 backpacks but we ended up leaving because of how uncomfortable it was. We will definitely get in touch with corporate with this because we buy at this location all the time since we live a couple of minutes from this location.

Had a great experience at this store! The staff were all super friendly and Kai especially was very helpful on the phone and in person. They helped me to get an exchange for a couple pairs of pants I had delivered in the wrong size and got me taken care of super quick. 10/10 would recommend.

I didn’t end up buying anything, but Paige came up introduced herself and said if I needed anything or had any questions she was there. Great customer service, kudos to you Paige. Will definitely be coming back.

Dave, is exceptional at his job. I could hear him training and helping customers all over the store. He took the time to help my husband and I with a dilemma we had. Without any issues at all, Dave made it happen. Where is the easy button? These days, things are rarely that simple. Thank you for your empathy and legendary customer service during our visit today. Not a great idea to open two hours late with no signs up. I drove here from Longmont just to go to Tilly's, but instead JCPenny got over a hundred dollars from me instead of Tilly's. Very ignorant, especially during a business downfall time, covid. They always ask at the checkout if anyone offered help today and no one ever does. Overpriced and inconsistent. I can say that Tilly's will not much longer be a place I visit. The drive is just not worth it with the subpar experiences.

Store manager with pink hair yelling at her coworkers telling him that they are worthless and aren't doing anything right. very unprofessional and rude of her to say that to her coworker who was doing everything she asked.
