I had the misfortune of my garage door not opening or closing properly intermittently. Knowing that I’ve used the Garage doctor previously I gave them a call and they showed up promptly the next day. The technician (Matthew) showed up promptly and within an hour had my door up and running. He took the time to lube and adjust certain points that make the door operate smoothly which puts less strain on the motor. He was prompt, efficient, took the time to explain what he was doing and left without leaving a mess behind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work. And their prices were comparable with other companies.

We moved into a new home and the garage door opener looked like it was ancient. I found the Garage Doctor on Reddit and they have great reviews. I called them up and they had appointments for later in the week. Mike and Aaron came out on time and with great communication. They reviewed everything with me up front. They replaced the opener and serviced the rollers. They checked the age of the spring and door and gave solid advice about future replacement. Mike took the time to explain how to maintain and lubricate the system. Everything cost as was quoted at the beginning. I highly recommend the Garage Doctor for all your garage door needs!

Amazing team - I texted them last night after our door catastrophically broke, they showed up this morning with an effective fix that will last until a new door arrives in 5-6 weeks. The guys were all super polite and proficient. Highly recommend!

3/27/2024 - Here we go again, Garage Doctor helped me in a pinch once again! The drive sprocket on our opener sheered off and we were stuck. I ordered the parts to fix myself but THEN the PC/Logic board also went out! Our opener is 14 years old so spending $300 to repair it didn't make sense. I called Trapper for help and he sent Sean out to our home to install a completely new one. Oh, and Trapper came by to say HI as he remembered me from the last time! They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very reasonable on pricing. And, when the company owner comes by to say hi and shake my hand, that's customer service!!So glad I chose the Garage Doctor to help me with my broken springs!! Trapper, the owner, picked up my distress call last Sunday morning and even though he was not working on Sunday he came by the house to give me an estimate. Our home has a garage door that requires a uncommon size of spring and he cross-referenced the size and was able to upgrade the standard spring with a custom spring that would provide over twice the life. He came by on Monday to install the new springs and not only did he install the springs he adjusted and serviced BOTH openers and doors. Both doors work better than they did when they were first installed, just amazing! Trapper knows what excellent customer service really is and he went way out of his way to do the job "right the first time"! As a former small business owner, this is what I call "exceptional service" ... I'll be a customer for life!

We had to replace our garage opener, so I looked through reviews and chose this company. Good choice! They were very easy to schedule with, showed up when they said they would, and now we have a well function door. I recommend the Garage Doctor.Review #2: Another great experience. Our door at another property was behaving badly, not closing. Called Garage Doctor on Tuesday, the tech came on Thursday, in the time frame given. Typically, the door worked perfectly, so I asked him to service the door. He happily did. We’re selling this house, so at least now I know that the garage door is in good shape!Thank you for another 5 star experience!
